Purchased for my daughter for Christmas as she read many reviews on this item. Sad to say had to return the product due to ear tips were not small enough and did not come with enough smaller sizes. Hoping if they come out with new style they will redesign the tips.

Very nice looking and great value for the price paid.

I was disappointed with the battery life on these. I wish they coukd compete with other buds that are significantly cheaper, but they don't stand up. Also they are not comfortable for a smaller eared person.

Love my new Jaybird Vistas. Easy to use & comfortable.

This ear buds are just ok. Nothing stands out. If u have small ears, then skip these. My ears are small and I have these buds on the smallest ear peice, and they still fall out. Sound is on the weak side. Not worth the price.

I lost my previous Jaybirds and went with these without enough research (I think they were new to market). Everything is good with them as long as you make calls from a quiet place. That's really unhelpful for mobile headphones which should work fine if you are out on a walk or something. The mics seem to amplify any surrounding sound. I've never been able to have a successful call using them while I was outside of my house. It really sucks because these are expensive and I need to replace them within a year of purchase so I can get back to having headphones that work for both listening and talking. DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANT TO MAKE CALLS.

The Vistas are comfortable, and certainly loud enough, but the sound quality just isn't there. You could consider me a bit of an audio snob, so if you're picky about sound, and especially, mid-range, these are not the correct headphones for you.

They stop working after a while of owning them and they have terrible Bluetooth connection. I find myself having to keep placing them in the case and taking them out sometimes just to connect to Bluetooth. They have such bad connection issues. They are okay sounding, definitely not worth almost 200 dollars, they stay in your ear if you aren’t moving too viciously, when you start really moving you’ll find yourself constantly adjusting them. And the case stopped working just now so not worth the money. My friend has 30 dollar wireless earbuds that sound slightly better and louder actually.
