Worked great for a little over 8 months. Call volume has decreased since. I'm usually satisfied with Jaybird, but this one was a let down.

Nice and light and easy to use just wish it had better sound even with eq settings still wasn’t amazing and a little more comfort it kinda plugs my ear sometimes

These provide a great in-ear fit, particularly during workouts and/or running; however, the sound/call audio quality leaves something to be desired.

I wouldn’t give this product a star period if I could. Expensive product that failed me from the first week I purchased it. Should have took them back when I had the chance. Battery life did not last as advertised, syncing issues and whatever firmware they utilize crashed my laptop when I charged it from there. Do not waste your money and time on these earbuds. Very disappointing.

Listening to music on the go has really changed over the years, especially when exercising or while performing some activity. At first there was wireless, with the clip-on set wired together. Now, “true wireless” is all the rage. I’ve had a couple of true wireless sets that didn’t quite cut it. Now, here come the Jaybird Vista sport headphones. The Vista headphones come in nice packaging. It’s not on the premium level that some manufacturers produce, but it’s sturdy and gives you a sense of worth on some level. Packaging is important to me because it gives me a sense for how the company feels about their own product. Does it have worth? What initial impression are they making? It’s very easy to open – something others could learn from. Inside, you will find a carrying case, which houses the earbuds, a charging cable, silicon covers, and a small instruction manual. This is only the second Jaybird product I have owned, and I will tell you that this unboxing made me feel a lot better about their product. Handling the case and earbuds initially gave me a clear feel for the quality of the product. There is a feeling of worth there, and it’s a welcome touch. Well, I charged the case (buds inside) and glanced over the quick start guide. To pair, you basically just open the case while in your Bluetooth settings. Of course, this did not work on the first try – could have been user execution error. Not a big deal, as there is a button inside of the case for syncing, and that did it. Once synced, I downloaded the Jaybird app. The app contains an instruction manual along with helpful tips and tools to aid in even wearing the buds correctly. The best part of the app, in my opinion, is the presets. The presets offer various EQ settings to match the style of music you’re listening to – along with your listening preferences, of course. You can also save custom EQ settings to your preset list. Another cool app feature is the button assignment. Jaybird allows users to assign preferred functionality to the buttons located on the buds – the entire face of the bud serves as a button. Cool stuff. Do they sound good? Perform well? Yes, and yes. Jaybird really surprised me. Quality sound and very consistent performance. The earbuds fit securely, but comfortably in my ear. I actually feel other manufacturers could learn a thing or two about fit from Jaybird. I would have absolutely no fear of losing a Vista bud during a run, bike ride, or workout – they are snug. I am also surprised at how well they executed single bud operation. Very useful for phone conversations or meeting/audio content listening while busy. I don’t know what else I can say about these things. This is the proverbial no brainer. The best true wireless sport headphone, period! You really can’t go wrong here.

I have been a Jaybird fan for some time now I own 5 past gen of buds so when I seen these I had to try them out. Best find for me so far in 2019! When I workout or do choirs around the house, yard work or shopping I usually have music in my ears blaring greatest music known to man R&R. First impression- nice looking case with a rope loop to secure them to your keyring or attach to belt loop. Open the box and it's like Indiana Jones glowing light (imaginative speaking) and their they are pure gold for my listening pleasure. As I pluck them from the treasure chest and mount them in my ear canals, it's like they where made for me. Really nice feel to them solid construction with the little wing tips that help hold them in place, only angels have better wings. If you don't own a pair of Jaybirds then this will be new to you, they built an app for their customers to interact with one another but also for built-in personal EQ system. It really sets them apart from everyone else and is much better than your phones EQ system if you have one because it's uniquely tuned for Jaybird headphones. The app has a lot of great features for you to reach your listening utopia! Battery life is as advertised 6hrs plus the case holds additional 10hrs of charge. 5min charge last one hour it does work! that's awesome!! And now like none other these can be used independently for even longer battery life really awesome if you run just use one bud so you can hear your surroundings (very important). Sound quality is just really nothing short of awesome! I set my personnel EQ thru a sound hearing exam on the app ok! And just wow I turned the volume all they way up (not recommend this) and the bass was hitting hard enough to tickle my ear with the vibration but the best part is it never distorted. Most buds sound crappy at their higher end but these where smooth crisp sound. loved it but had to turn them down lol. Great job 6 stars on sound Functions are limited you can answer calls and end them, you can pause or turn volume up and down but probably the one thing that I have to say negatively about these NO skip song or replay song in order to do that you have to stop what your doing and get your phone out turn it on and skip to next song....annoying as heck! please Jaybird fix this in the app on assigning functions to the buttons why can't this be an option! Waterproofing is a must as I do sweat while wearing these and they have been soaked thoroughly as I wear them in the steam room and sauna room at the gym. It is not recommended to swim with these so I haven't lol. To sum up- Jaybird has what you need if you are an active workhorse or just an enthusiast of great sound, you can't go wrong with this package from Jaybird. Oh and no wires is really nice too!

When they work, they are great. However, i bought these 6 months ago and for the past couple months, the left earbud vary rarely charges nor does it connect (no issues with the right earbud). It takes on average, 30 min to get it to connect to Bluetooth. Again,no issues at all with the right ear bud. I've tried all the reset options and nothing has helped fix the problem.

Great quality headphones but They broke within the first month of use. I would have liked the Bestbuy warranty to actually last 2 years instead of being able to use it once. I was super easy to exchange for a new pair but I was unwilling to buy a 2nd warranty because that would have cost half the original cost. If they break again u will hear about it and I will be switching to another product

I don’t understand how more people are not complaining about the fit. For a company that builds a product for people to use for long hours I really don’t understand how they didn’t think about the comfort. Trying to find the best fit is extremely painful. I only tried them on for about 10min and it felt like my ears were being stabbed. I don’t have sensitive ears because I’m an audiophile. I am use to wearing and using all types of headphones for long periods of time. I honestly didn’t understand why more people are not speaking up about the fitting. I can’t even begin to talk about the quality of sound because I can’t wear them long enough to give a good review on it. I’m only rating it based on the fitting.

These earbuds are fantastic. I absolutely love them. They are easy to setup and use right out of the box. You can adjust the sound to your preferences through the Jaybird app. I like more bass in my music and was able to make these sound EXACTLY how I like. The sound quality is very good. It's very clear with no lag noticeable playing on several different platforms (ipad, laptop, iphone). The best part is the battery life. These things last all day on a single charge! These are some of the best wireless earbuds on the market. They charge through the case and the case is small and compact enough to be carried comfortable in your pocket. I cannot recommend these enough.

The mic quality is poor, people can't hear you since it's picks up background noise

Earbuds are good but doesn't fit in the ears too well. Would fall off while running or jogging.

This is supposed to be water proof but unfortunately ever since one of my ear buds got in the water it hasn’t been the same and it’s been malfunctioning I tried contacting Jaybird for the manufacturers warranty but they didn’t make it easy to find them regarding the earphones being defective by the time I found out they weren’t the same I couldn’t return them.

They sound great and I liked the features but only lasted 3 months. After 3 months of only hearing music at the comfort of my office, no sweating and no water, one earbud die. Also if you have extremely small ears, they don't work. I used the small and they falled from my ears.

I would rate everything great but the thing is just uncomfortable. I had friends try it and said it was fine, but to me, it hurts my ear. The magnets always touch my ear and it really bothers me. I'm probably going to return this for a Jabra 75 because this is just too uncomfortable.

I owned the vista on the day it was first release, I literally use them daily, during work, during work outs, running, running in the rain, along biking. Make sure you get the right fit before listening to music. I never notice the earbuds in my ear unless they tell me it was running low on battery. The usb c cable that comes with it, it is very short, best to get a longer cable. Now the sound... Amazing! for us average consumer, this sounds amazing, after setting the right EQ for your hearing, this sounds awesome! The bass is there, the treble is there, even with vocals. The app at first didn't have much EQ preset in the beginning but wow! It has so much to look through, you can easily experiment which one you like or you could make one for yourself and share it. I do use one earbuds to run or to bike since with two, it blocks out a lot of important sounds, which can also be good if you want that for the gym. There was no lag with videos or music, there was no drops from the buds with my phone, very quick to connect. My pair finally start acting up, one doesnt keep charge anymore but im glad i used it everyday before this happen, im going to get another pair since at the moment it is at a amazing price!
