Ordered these earbuds when my galaxy buds finally stopped working. The base is cool and the earbuds fit good. Pair kind of quick and the app does have nice options for changing the EQ on the ear buds. After updating the earbuds to the newest firmware the left ear bud worked for all of 2 minutes. Sounded real good then the left earbuds sounded like it burnt out. Tried all the reset methods listed on their website but the earbuds won’t even connect anymore. Button still works for pausing and changing music but that’s it. No actual noise comes out the bud except the occasional static burst. Will be getting my money back.

This was my first set of true wireless buds and I am blown away. I was concerned with my connection due to past experiences with old wireless tech but I’m sold. Solid connection, clarity, bass, workout/weatherproof, 6hr battery +10hrs in the case. My expectations have been exceeded. A bit pricy but definitely worth it.

I've used tons of earphones/headphones and all have been ok compared to these jaybirds. These jaybirds are the best in there line up and the best wireless headphones in my opinion. Would definitely buy another pair if these broke. Fyi, I've used all jaybirds products since the blue Jays 2.

They work well and stay in your ear, even when doing strenuous activities. Sometimes when reconnecting them the app can bug out but the earbuds themselves are amazing. Definitely recommend!

After a long and arduous search for good running headphones, this is one of the best purchases I've ever made. Everything they do is perfect. That is all.

After only one year the right side ear bud doesn’t work anymore. Loved them for a year and I have like 10 different pairs of Jaybirds . For the price I think one should get at least two years . The left one works great still so anyone with one ear would definitely appreciate them !

this is the fourth pair of true wireless headphones that I've owned an this is the only pair that work as advertised.

Easy to use once you get used to them. They do not feel like the Jaybird 4.

I learned about the new Jaybird Vista yesterday. I watched the reviews on youtube and customers' reviews which were very positive in terms of comfort and sound quality, I was so excited. I bought them today and when I tried them I just couldn't keep them in my ear for more than a minute, they fell off, I tried the other eartips that come with the it and they just worse. To be perfectly fair, I felt that the sound quality is good but the design has a big problem. It's like they were designed for a specific number of ear sizes, they just didn't fit my ear at all, sad.

I bought this a while back with insurance thank goodness. Not even the first year in and they broke. I liked them enough to use my insurance to get a second pair and that pair broke before the 3 month mark. Same problem every time. One of the earphones volume goes to a whisper and is pretty much unusable. If you check the reviews you will see that this is a common problem one or another of the earphone go out without warning or damage

So far so good!! My husband bought these for me to replace my wireless jaybird X3s.

I bought these buds less than a year ago, and I have already had them replaced TWICE, and the latest replacement just broke. All three times, there was no water damage, no dropping, no impact. They just...stopped working. One bud would stop responding and no longer charge until it just died. Each time, Jaybird replaced them, which is nice I guess, but I don't want to have to go through customer service to get new buds every few months when they inevitably break. Really disappointed in the quality/durability given the price. Might as well buy some cheap buds if they're only going to last a few months. I enjoyed them while they lasted, but I expect more from an expensive pair of earbuds.

Don't buy this junk product if you want a product that works. The left bud has stopped working entirely and every feature/function has quickly melted down since the bud died. A look over Jaybird's customer support portal will tell you everything you need to know - this same problem is happening to a LOT of people. Clearly this company a serious uality control problem, and it also seems that they are not responding to customer pleas for a pair of buds that work. Their warranty is a year, but that's a small consolation when the product is horrible to begin with. If they can't get a grip on quality, they should at least stop selling this junk product.

Earbuds stopped working after two months. I’ve been dealing with Jaybird’s warranty department for 6 weeks trying to get a replacement pair of earbuds with no end in sight. I would give them zero stars if it was an option.

I purchased these for a Christmas gift. Not even one day did they work the left headphone would not turn on for sound at all. And the buttons would not pause or play the right side. It was by far the worst xmas gift I ever bought. My husband wanted them otherwise I would of bought beats head phones like usual. Stick to beats or apple products. Honestly the dollar stores headphones work better than this trash.
