I found the earbuds comfortable and sound quality great. Was just to cumbersome to wrap back up to store in included case in car. Too time consuming for me. So, I returned them.

These earbuds are so comfortable and have amazing sound quality. They also have a great battery life clocking in at 8 hours which is oustanding in terms of blue tooth earbuds. I would highly recommend these.

We got these on sale and have been pretty pleased with their performance. I had to return the first pair as one of the buttons was hard to press, but the second pair has worked without issue. I like the different sized ear bud plugs that come with it so you can choose which one fits best for your ear. The battery life is pretty good and charge time is not incredibly long. I would recommend these to a friend.

This is a pretty good product. The battery life is outstanding and Bluetooth sync is effortless. The only issue I have is background noise when using it to talk on the phone.

They sound great battery is good last all day at work.

I will say that for blue tooth in ear headphones they are amazing! They are a little lacking in the base department but other than that best Bluetooth headphones I've owned.

I've had this product for a few months, and overall like it. The sound quality is better than a few other Bluetooth headphones I tested in stores, but not as good as some wired in-ear headphones I use (Shure, Klipsch, Panasonic). But I am satisfied with the sound quality since these are mainly used for sports (running). Once in a while, the sound glitches due to some bluetooth connectivity issue. If that happens, I just stop and start the bluetooth on my iPhone and the problem goes away. This has only happened maybe once or twice in many months, so by no means is a big problem as some others have stated. My only complain is that they don't stay well in my ears. I have tried all the included ear tips. The foam ones made by Comply worked the best, but did not last long - only a couple of weeks before they started to rip apart! I went to Comply's web site and ordered a whole set of different shape tips specifically made for the Jaybird X2, and so far these have lasted. But the Jaybird earbuds still get loose and start to fall-out after a few minutes of running, and I find myself always playing with them while running, trying to get them to stay longer. If this was not the case, I would give these 5 stars. Ear fit is a personal thing and different for each person, and I am sure these would fit well and stay better for some people. So your experience may be different. Based on that I would recommend these, especially now that the price has dropped since I bought them.

I bought these for my son and he uses them all the time. He said that the sound is very clear and they are comfortable. You can change the ear tips to fit your ears. Great product I would highly recommend.

As a runner I was constantly bothered by my headphone cord. Have researched for a while and decided on these wireless headphones. Come with 4 different size (in two types) of the ear bud so you can definitely find the size. I have small ears and have always struggled with getting a good fit with headphones. These are great.

These are pretty good headphones. They work well in the gym, which is why I purchased them.

Run 3-5 miles with them everyday. Unaffected by sweat, stay comfortably in ears, and charge lasts multiple days. Used at 75% volume for nearly an hour each day. Sound quality is better than expected.

I had been looking at the Beats Bluetooth earbuds and was somewhat discouraged by reviews and the fact that you can't put the Best Buy protection plan on them. I did more research and found these. I was a little nervous that they would not stay in my ears through long runs but they worked perfectly! The sound quality is great, I do not have to mess with them or worry about them falling out (I recently wore them in a half marathon with no problems) and I love that you can tighten the cord behind your head so it is not loose. I have no regrets about purchasing these!

I was a little skeptical about sound quality of wireless, but these are very good. Nearly the same as my favorite Monster in-ear wired headphones. Only issue is with the controls. A little fuzzy and not as intuitive as other headphones. Oftentimes will shut off or attempts to make a call when I'm trying to skip a song. Again the sound quality is quite impressive and very light and relatively comfortable.
