These are awesome. I've bought 3 of them as gifts and they're pretty much amazing. They come with 6 sets of ear pieces in 3 sizes, and the foam ones are awesome for sound quality and noise blocking. The mic is really good on them for phone calls or just voice recording, and the headphones themselves provide a faithful reproduction of the sound you're listening to. They're also really light and have the best sound quality you can probably get on a bluetooth set of earphones right now.

Walked into Best Buy to replace my old set of wireless ear phone and talked to sales rep. He was very informative about the product and was very helpful in making a decision at the last minute due to my old set went out and I needed to replace them right away. I'm very please with the customer service I received from Best Buy and also making my shopping very pleasant without being pushed to make any purchase at all.

I was looking for a Bluetooth headset to use when I was in the gym. Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase comfortable fit and I have not had any issues of losing headset in the middle of exercises.

I bought both x2 and x3. Both still in box, but since I have another pair of x2 almost 1 year already, I can definitely write this review. It is small, nice sound, easy to carry product. I use it for running every another day, 7.5 miles per run. After you shorten the length of its wire, x2 feels very comfortable and give you decent sound quality as well. I bought it everywhere and simply loved it. I hope the one I bought from bestbuy will give me the same experience.

The jay bird head phones are my first pair of Bluetooth headphones. They were recommended by one of the sales people and I'm definitely not disappointed. They are great and just as good as the salesman said.

The sound quality is amazing on these headphones. The Bluetooth connecting is great as well

these headphones sounded very nice and were very sturdy and came with a lot of earbud options and a solid carrying case. for me personally they didn't feel very comfortable in my ears but I have very sensitive ears so i don't think it was the headphones necessarily.

High quality sound with the flexibility of bluetooth. great for athletics or in the car.

Great headphones for working out because they stay in place and the chords don't get in the way. Sound great even when you're panting and I'm able to hear ambient noises which is important for staying safe. Don't get it in white because it stands out way too much.

Amazing! I needed a gift for my son's birthday and these were recommended by the Store Manager in Scottsdale. He loves them and said the sound was unbelievable! Bluetooth was easy setup. A definite keeper!

IVE PURCHASED THE PRIOR MODEL TO THESE BEFORE UNFORTUNATELY THE WIRE KEPT FRAYING. THESE SEEM TO HAVE A BETTER WIRE. SOUND GREAT THE CLARITY IS AMAZING

Same as jaybird 1 . Good sound easy to use . Does start to hurt ears if left in to long .

The sound has rich bass and are comfortable. They do take some effort to install though

These are pretty good. The sound is nice. I notice it's better when you use the silicone tips (which pop out of my ears) than the foam comply tips, but good eithet way. Nice and portable. Get me through several days of my workout before needingg a charge.

I have no complaints. Stays in ears well, sound is good and charge lasts long enough for anything I have done.

I went through 4 Pairs of Jaybird Freedoms within 45 days. That is simply unacceptable. I typically wear headphones all day. Around my neck. Not really listening but when I put them in my ears for a call or to listen to a video I expect to keep a connection! The Freedoms constantly cut out or would have a syncing issue. Especially with Facebook videos. They simply just wouldn't play. I'd have to exit the app. Kill it, Re-open it then play the video. It was a hassle. The X-2's are much simpler. And most times when i ride my bike I have to keep one earbud out because these are completely noise isolating. It may not be advertised but I can be in front of a train or ambulance and I won't hear it at all. Charging is a pleasure as well. None of that extra charging accessory stuff like the freedom's. 8 hra are built right into the earbuds and it WILL last you a full day. Get them.

They're easy to connect. I use them in the tub, working out, cooking, on the train, even when I want to tune out everyone in the house and connect them to my livingroom tv. They also feel fantastic.

The X2 earbuds have very good sound quality without the bulkiness of a large plastic ring around your neck when working out. I use the X2's in the "over the ear" configuration so there is no chords catching on equipment. I love the ability to fit the earbuds with different sized foam or silicone inserts for a custom fit in you ear that does not fall out and very comfortable fitting. The microphone is very clear when I needed to answer or place a call.
