I use the medium comply tips and small ear wings. It takes a while to find the right configuration but you have many options to try. I wear them with the wire down because I have glasses but. Wire up over ear I feel would work well though. It also take some trial and error to adjust the excess wire using the wrap clips but very affective and useful.

I use this while working in a warehouse. Works great as ear plugs allowing me to buffer noisy environments while listening to music. Battery life and recharge time (during my breaks) keeps my earbuds going through a day's shift, even into overtime. As with sound... The earbuds could use some boost in base. Otherwise, the sound works fine for me

Fits perfect in the ear because it comes with various earbud sizes. Has a smooth clear sound to it but I just wish it had a little more bass because I like to listen to a lot of hip hop music, but overall it's fine.

I in no way want to bash on these headphones nor do I think that they wouldn't be perfect for someone else. I just didn't care for them. I was super excited to get them and try them out. I listed to music and audio books quite a bit as well as use my headphones to talk on the phone. The sound was good and they seemed to be well built. I really like the claimed battery life time as well. I have used the collar type, bluetooth headphones but I have felt like they are bulky and look a little silly. I work as a paramedic and talk to the hospital and take other important phone calls that have to be hands free. I have my headphones on all the time. When not in use I will leave my headphones laying around my neck. Unless I am lying on my back the collar headphones never fall off. The Jaybirds, on the other hand, would not stay on. I do not want them in my ears all the time but need them available. I am surprised that I didn't lose them. So that was the first thing. The second thing was that I couldn't get them to fit right in my ears. I tried all the earbud pieces and all the wings in different combinations but never like the fit. I could shake my head and they wouldn't fall out but give it a few minutes and the band rubbing the back of my neck would pull them slowly out. They were not easy to place in my ears either. It seemed a chore to put them in each time. I tried them over the ear which was better but still not my favorite. In fairness it takes some time to get used to a new set of headphones but after a couple days I took them back. There was no quality issues and I love to concept they just weren't for me and when you pay $150 for a pair of headphones you want to love them. The third thing was that they are still pretty big in your ear. I know they have made them pretty dang small but the size still bugged me. I will say that I would recommend them to a friend but I would explain the issues I had and make sure their intended use was different than mine.

Overall Good - Buy the Warranty

Overall this is a good product. Sound is above average, and the newest version comes with the Comply ear-tips which I needed to buy my first time around. These are supposed to be sweat proof (maybe resistant?) but this is my 3rd pair. After about 4-6 months they simply stop working. If you buy the warranty they swap them out at any Best Buy.

I've owned the first version of this headphone and loved them other than the fact the ear gels came off a lot and I always lost them. I broke a pair(completely my fault) and decided to but the same pair since I like the headphones so much. The redesign is really nice and the ear pieces really hold a lot better, although they can occasionally come off. I use the headphones to workout, talk while driving, listen to music and watch movies. The are very comfortable and great quality. I have had some head phones that get louder, but this is not a problem because they do get loud enough, the quality is great, and they keep outside noise out nicely. They also do not budge while working out and I work out often and at fast paces at times.

No impressive sound. Uncomfortable in my ears. Hangs around my neck and 1. I'm sure one day they will slip off and get lost and 2. Lose slack so if it's in my left ear, I have to pull and create slack on the cord in order to turn my head to the right without ripping the ear bud out of my ear. Worst part in my opinion - NO app! No voice controls. Just a simple power on and off (that irritates me) and volume control. I believe I can skip songs too..wow...impressive (sarcasm). Doesn't tell me whose calling. And EVERYONE I talk to with the thing complains! From business calls to personal. The quality sucks for calls. Music is decent but NOT worth almost $200! Way better products out there. My last set - the LG Infinim was much better...the collar was too big around my tiny neck (5;3, 120 female). I don't like these things. The need an app, controls and better design around the neck. Planning on checking out the new Samsung U headset.

These were warranty replacement for Jaybird Bluebuds that stopped working after a year-and-a-half. I run both inside on treadmills & outside in the Florida heat & find the wireless earbuds are much more convenient than the wired earbuds I used previously. Admittedly, the sound from the wired units was superior but if you experiment with the various sizes of the foam ear tips supplied with the X2, you can get pretty good results. One thing I highly recommend is purchasing the extended warranty -- I've already had two pairs of Jaybird earbuds conk out before the two years was up.

Much improved over last generation's model. Battery life is longer. Use the included foam ear tips instead to get a better seal to get better sound quality.
