I had high hopes for these headphones. Unlike some of the other reviews I read I didn't have much of an issue getting the proper fit. I will say that they only seem to stay securely in my ear when I am lightly exercising. I do have to reach for them to make adjustments when I am running but not very often. After using these for a couple weeks I noticed that if I push the headphones into my ear to adjust them they will completely turn off. I have to wait about 15 seconds to turn them back on and then reconnect. THIS IS A PAIN WHEN RUNNING. I lost my receipt and can't return them to the company for another pair. They sound great when they aren't turning off but they do lack bass, if bass is what you are looking for then these wont be for you. I wish I had followed my initial instinct and bought the Wireless Beats. Maybe they would have held up a little better. These were not worth the money.

Originally went into bestbuy to purchase the bower and Wilkins p5 wireless but walked out with these. Those two products are very different in terms of purpose being that the jaybirds are more geared towards workout buffs. Sound quality is amazing though. Fit and finish are great as well. Bluetooth connectivity works without issues for the most part. When encountering issues, toggling the source's Bluetooth connection fixes any bad connections. Rarely encounter these issues though. In the end, I bought these due to the great price and excellent sonic qualities. I may still pick up the p5's I originally went in for but for now the jaybirds are filling in nicely and also more versatile.

They are very comfortable and they have a great sound to them. They are slim and fit perfectly in my ears. Rather than being all bulking.

Works great at the gym, can get about 3 1.5 hour sessions in at 70% volume before needing to charge again. On top of that, it charges relatively quickly (about an hour for full charge)! You can eek out about ~30 min when it gives you the low battery warning as well. I sweat a lot and that hasn't affected the head phones yet, and neither has splashing my face with water. The fit take a bit of time to get used to, but once you find it you'll be fine. Sound quality is almost night and day compared to the cheap brands, and lag for audio is almost non-existent (there's the SMALLEST of delays, but you won't notice unless you're intensely watching the video).

These wireless headphones are comfortable, connect quickly with little effort, and sound great! There are two styles of ear inserts to choose from with 3 different sizes for each style! The battery life is very good and the size of the bud is moderate. They stick out of the ear quite a bit but are no larger than other wireless earbuds. They aren't too cumbersome or fall out during workouts! Finally I found a great wireless earbud!

I bought these for my vacation where I was going to be on the beach and around the pool a lot. They worked excellent. These are the best wireless bluetooth earbuds or earphones I have had. The sound quality is excellent. It shuts out surrounding sound very nicely. It has a great bluetooth range. Using the included attachments for your ears you can get just the right fit you want in order to have the best sound. The carrying case is very nice. They recharge quickly. They are, in my experience so far, completely sweatproof. I have nothing negative to say about the Jaybird X2 Wireless Earbud Headphones. I have had them for about 2 months so far.

*prefaced: this review is identical to the one posted on Amazon.* I work at Best Buy so I purchased mine outside of Amazon using giftcards using Shopkick. Unfortunately, Jaybird doesn't have a physical display where they allow you to try out the headset, but one of my coworkers had the first edition. Anyway, fast forward about a month and one of the fins fall out during a walk with my dog. I immediately get ahold of Jaybird and they patiently go through all my livechats (several times as I kept getting disconnected) and they send replacement fins. The replacement are not like the original ones (bummer), but the fact they went above and beyond sending both fins and ear pieces show how great their customer service as turnaround was 3days. It's been my favorite pair and I use them to the point that 8hrs battery life isn't quite enough. I have a somewhat tedious position (that allows me to be on my headset before opening) that I recommended an irate customer who came in to replace his Bose headset to try out Jaybird. His main complaint with the Bose is how the straight end of the 35mm cracked and there were no headset available for him without some kind of upgrade. I showed him my pair (product placement!) during Black Friday and played a sample clip off my phone. We talked about how wireless headphones, while needed to be charged, don't come with the extra cord that needs to be inserted into the phone. Considering that they were "on sale" ($129.99) then, he decided to go with them and at least try them out. What I would do for improvement: - longer battery: 8hrs is still pretty impressive! - more intuitive instructions manual: I didn't know you had to go online to read the full manual. Another customer alerted me when I asked about his. - Case is not friendly. I used to carry it in my purse, but always had difficulty storing it and the opening kept unsealing in my bag. Now it's hanging on my neck regularly. - I don't like the micro-usb charging is done on the right ear, why couldn't be with the rest of the bar? I'm always worrying how the back of the right earpiece will snap off.

I love these, sound quality is amazing. There's cutting when it's connected to a computer, but that's only when it's on certain websites. The weirdest connection issue is on iTunes. You can't get through a song without cutting issues, but Spotify is almost flawless, where I am able to go through a whole session without any cuts. Overall, these are a great pair of earbuds and I hope it holds up when I start running with these.

I was specifically looking for a pair of Bluetooth earbuds that wouldn't fall out while I run. These are perfect! They don't become loose or fall out while I run and are comfortable to wear for my longer runs. The controls are very easy to use. The sound quality is very good, though the bass is lacking a bit. Overall, I would recommend these for both high intensity work outs and casual use. Excellent product!

Fit is crucial to any good sound. I had to purchase different foam earbuds to make them better. Connections to my iPhone have been hit or miss too. Sound quality is good. Not too bass heavy like some. Good for phone conversations as well. especially like NOT being tied to a cord.

Once fitted properly for your ears, they are the best buds money can buy. Sound is excellent, charge lasts along time and so comfortable that you can wear them all day.

I wear glasses, so over the ear headphones bother my ears. Searched several different in-ear options. Boise was my first choice. I really wanted noise canceling headphones. But got spoiled with bluetooth options. Boise does not offer this with their in-ear unit. They are comfortable. Really like the different sizes to choose from. Very easy set up.

Good sound quality. I use these for running and they fit comfortably and stay in without any adjustments for my entire run. Also easy to use controls. Good battery life.

I went to best buy looking for headphones that I could use while working out at the gym as the wired headphones always got in the way and were always falling out of my ears when the sales person showed my the jaybird bluetooth set and told if I was not stasified with them I had 14 days to return the item. Well I got the item home charged the headset for about 8 hour before using at first the volume and bass was not the best but after I restarted the phone the volume got allot better and then the bass got better as well the head phones stayed in my ears the whole work out had great noise cancelation

I have had this product for about a month and a half and have used it in various scenarios and settings extensively. I have used it on flights, for running, casually listening to music, phone calls; in and out of the office, etc and in all those instances, these headphones have performed very well. In the beginning I thought $180 for an earbud was too much. And part of me still thinks so however knowing what I know now I would not feel tricked if i spent my money on these earbuds. Mic and controls are great, the buds sound great, the attachments are plentiful. I would buy this product again.

These are great! I had the LG Tone Pro wireless and they broke after about 6 months of use. After reading several reviews about the LGs I decided to invest in a better workout headset. The JayBirds are guaranteed to resist sweat and come with a lifetime warranty. The ear buds fit perfectly in the ears and they do not come out. The sound is great as well. If you sweat a lot or just want a great pair of headphones that will not slip out of your ears, these are a must!

Wife got this for me as a gift, ive taken it on runs, workouts, even watched movies with it, the quality is great, I've left it unchanged for days and worked without a hitch. Ive actually never run out of battery. I love them, id give them 5 starts if the price was lower but I guess you get what you pay for. Great product for sure

Purchased for use during workouts...biking, walking, eliptical when wireless is a must. Stays in the ear well, comfortable and good sound. Had older Jaybirds and battery died...tried Beats, Jabra, and Yurbuds first and ALL were returned due to being uncomfortable or poor sound. Finally tried Jaybirds X2 and never looked back. HIGHLY recommend---comfortable fit with decent sound quality.

These are great Bluetooth earphones that connect easily without any problem with my iPhone. The battery life is very good and the buttons and phone answering capabilities all function flawlessly. The only minor complaint I might have is that the barrel of the sound port over which the silicone sleeves fit over is a little large. That seems to make them feel a little big and there is a tendency for that buds to pop out of the ears during vigorous activity. I solved that somewhat with after market expanding foam buds that keep them in my ears better and which also filter out a lot more outside noise thus also increasing the bass response. But despite this niggling complaint I'd definitely recommend these headphones to a friend and actually have, and they've turned around and purchased them as gifts for someone else, so I'd say that's a successful product!

Bought the headphones to listen to spots and music on my iPad and Sirius radio. Very good sound and easy to pair. Range is good also. Very comfortable.
