You'd think a pair of expensive wireless earbuds would also mean you're getting some good build quality. But no, that's not the case at all. What I'm talking about specifically is the charger, which is proprietary and absolute garbage. The thing is a tiny cable, which connects to a specific set of pins via attachment to a micro USB. These pins match up exactly with the Jaybird's charging mechanism, which is locked in place by 2 sets of absolutely flimsy plastic hooks on the sides. Repeated use has shown me that once those hooks are done, you've got no way to charge the freakin thing besides holding it down and hoping it detects the pins. Don't waste your money or time on these things. As good as they sound, if they can't even get the basic build quality right with this stuff, then it's as good as trash.

I was hesitant to buy these due to price however the black Friday price was too good to pass up based on internet reviews. The headphones are lightweight and you can barely tell you have them on. I got them to work out at the gym and with all the movement they stay pretty well. It did take a little bit to find the right size tips but once I did they have stayed fine. The battery life is exactly as advertised. I can go the whole week on a single charge. These are definitely worth the money and better than the LG's that I had previously.

Sound and connection quality is very good. But the ear plugs size range could be more.

They sound and look great, but difficult to wear with only one piece inserted.

Bought these to replace my old pair of headphones and there great. The Jaybird app is great to adjust the sound to your personal preference.

Better than freedom and cheaper as well! Buy this for quality and longer battery life.

The title says it all. They sound great, highs are crisp and clean, lows are deep and full, mids are clear. You can adjust to your preference using the app. Winged tips aren't comfortable and neither are the memory foam tips. That's what sold me on them and I was wrong. 30 min into listening my ears hurt

Glad these were on sale, definitely not worth it at full price. Always takes multiple attempts to connect to my mp3 player. Sound is average, I had $9 wired headphones previously which were pretty close in sound quality. On the positive the battery life is as good or maybe better than advertised.

Dont stay in my ears that well on the control side, right side. Overall good sound.
