I've also concluded that you are NOT paying for quality audio from bluetooth headsets. They all lack decent quality and good bass.

Then sound went out on one side. Jaybird had me send them back via very slow return shipping service that took about 10 days. They then sat on them for another 10 days. Then sent a shipping notice saying they had been shipped. Another 10 days have passed haven't seen anything except that a UPS label has been created. Complained via chat today and they are saying stocks had been depleted and to wait another 5-7 days. Will believe it when I see it. They are refusing to expedite shipment despite the inconvenience caused. Fortunately in the mean time they have spammed me about 10 satisfaction survey requests to make sure they have met my needs. Ha!
