I've been a fan of Jaybird since they came out with the original models, great quality product, great sound for its size, and fitment is like no other. These are wayyyyy better than the X2's, no where near as bulky, and delivers better quality sound. The X3's are extremely light and can deliver powerful sound for its size. I love the In-App features as well to modify the kind of sound it delivers. Worth the $$

Beautiful, quality, clear sound!! Nice Bass fits to your ears nicely and stays in snug while working out! Although loud still not loud enough for me that's why I gave a 4 star.

Nice, rich, stereo sound. Pairs easily with phone. Connecting a 2nd JayBird-X3 headset takes a bit of time, but very nice to have both sets listening to 1 phones' app., i.e. Pandora, YouTube, etc. Good battery life also. Like that they are comfortable enough for me to sleep in.

Sound is very good especially with the sound app. Perfect for jumping on the mower for hours (comfort and blocking out enough noise). Some things that if tweaked, would make these the perfect pair of ear buds (IMHO). 1) not having them equally wieghted (they easily fall off you neck) 2) they do drop out easily (even with your phone in your pocket). 3) And the biggest gripe by me; The Charger! Why did they not incorporate a charging system like the BeatsX? Love the sound of the Jaybirds, but love the design of the BeatsX. If they would have a child, it would be perfect set of earbuds IMHO.

I decided to try something new and heard people talking and raving over these headphones. First thing is that the right earbud will fall off because the volume control and is heavy enough for it to tug at it during runs or exercises. Sound quality is ok but only with the app equalizer on high def mode will it give you a decent sound. I also had to make sure I had high quality audio streaming on in my music app for decent sound quality but if you are doing YouTube/YouTube Music sound quality will be poor. Charging them can be a hastle because of the special adapter that wraps the volume control. If you don't have it with you or left it at home, you won't be able to charge them. They honestly feel like 70 dollar earbuds.

These headphones work with the jaybirds my sound app which allows you to attend them to your preference for the EQ and they also save it so when she can I get to other devices it still plays the way you tune did no matter what device is running the app or not best headphones had down I'm only negative about it as a weird charging clip that you use now kind of hard to keep up with that thing.

Jaybird - X3 Sport Wireless In-Ear Headphones have a great sound. I love that you can set custom sound profiles. The battery life is outstanding and the fact that it announces battery strength is fantastic. Doesn't leave you with out headphones unexpectedly.

Based on the usage in past 45 days: Good sound quality. : ultimately depends on source of media and device which plays it. The app allows to control if you like it bass heavy, or treble focused, or simply tune for longer battery life. Build quality is pretty decent. Stays is place even during running and jumping. And u get several sizes of plugs and hoops to secure fit. Sometimes slips out of ear if I sweat too much and the ear canal becomes sweaty. But just wipe dry with a tissue and works just fine. Volume can go up pretty high, tried with vlc on my laptop

My Jaybird headphones sound great. They are very easy to use for switching from music to phone calls. I love the little rubber wings that hold the buds in your ear better and you can choose not to use them as well. Mine fit very comfortably. The only thing I wish was different is the length of the charging cable, I wish it was longer. Other than that, these headphones are fantastic.

Good Bluetooth headphones for the new price of around $100. The charger is a small piece that only works for there items, so don't lose it. Jaybird gives you an assortment of ear tips so you find your fit, make sure you find your fit while sealing off excess noise to enhance sound. It comes with an app so you can find your right equalizer settings or use a preset one. The drivers are good but like any earphones your ears get adjusted over time and the drivers lose power causing you to want more but not get it. The cord doesn't really tangle and has a heavier rubber feel, not to bad. The talk piece isn't the best some conversations people say I sound underwater but I can hear them perfect. It has its flaws but overall for the new price of around $100 from the old price of I believe $150 and above this isn't a bad buy especially if this is your first pair of Bluetooth headphones.

I have used this headset for 8 months and have had zero problems with it. I loved it so much I just got one for my daughter for her birthday. She loves it also. Great battery life. Very light weight. Great sound. Stays but even on heavy leg workout days.

I purchased the Jaybird X3 sport earbuds to replace a pair of Beats earbuds. I couldn't have made a better choice! The sound quality is top notched, and the price is very affordable. Add the protection plan, and it's an unbeatable value! My Jaybird X3s can most likely be found draped around my neck, and they go wherever I go. Rarely am I seen without them.

As far as sound quality and fit, these are the best bluetooth headphones I've tried, but there are 4 things I don't like: (1) Charging the X3s is a total pain. A proprietary adapter (included) is needed to connect to a USB charger, so have fun keeping track of that small piece for life. The real annoyance though is connecting the inline remote to the charger. It uses a "clip" that snaps on to the X3s but it can only go on one way. I end up having to hold a light up to all of it to make sure it's not the wrong side or direction - very unnatural and awkward. The first few times I didn't have it right and kept pushing, waiting for a "click." I started hearing a cracking sound from pushing on the inline remote, so I backed off. There was no damage but still, it's ridiculous how difficult it is to charge these. Honestly, I've jump started cars in the rain and found it easier than charging these things! (2) Every time a bluetooth connection is made, lost or other actions and events occur, an automated voice or voice + music jingle plays to tell you all about it. It's too much but worse, you can't control the volume on these automated messages and wow are they loud. Very loud! I've gotten in the habit of dangling the X3s in the air when firing them up, just to avoid the initial, ear shredding messages. (3) The X3 remembers two devices you've previously connected to. That's helpful but it automatically pairs with both if they're in range, so you get two high volume messages every time you connect! Auto connecting to two devices causes problems and confusion. After turning on the X3s, it grabs connections to my PC and tablet within a few seconds, so it's not even possible to connect on my phone! I have to time it just right to pair the one device I want before the X3 auto connects to the others. It's annoying too that every device gets woken up from just turning these on. (4) No auto shutoff! If you don't manually turn these off, the battery will happily drain to 0%. Jaybird could've easily made it so, at the very least, simply not hearing anything come through the headphones for maybe 3 minutes and they shut off. Couple this with the overzealous auto connect and they'll be times when you wonder why device x isn't making any sound. That's a lot of cons but I still give them 4 stars. They're very affordable and sound as good or better than all of my wired Bose or Beats headphones. They're very comfortable, great for working out and once set, bluetooth connectivity is reliable.

I really like these headphones. They sound great! And with the MySound app you can cuatomize to your tunes. The comply foam tips are excellent for reducing most ambient noise for me. Also with the headphones being smaller they can easily fit better than other headphones. They do not come out of my ear, even when I am running. You might have to give it a quick snug back in but I am not really using any accesories besides the ear foam tips. The battery life does give me 8 hours and standby is good if they are not in use. A couple of more hours would help, but they do warn you about what battery percentage you are at by the headphones and by your phone, (with my Andriod). What I don't really like is the charger adapter. This prevents them from being universally charged. This is the only drawback to my concern. I hope this helps!

It works great, sound is good, not as good as expected, it feal sturdy at the hand, battery last all day for calling uses, the only thing i give 4 stars is when you carry on your neck it does't stay there like others have magnet to stay together.

The headphones are made with quality material and I am a fan of the foam ear buds. They fit comfortably and the sound through the headphones is clear. I have yet to download the associated app to play with sound quality, however the default setting does the trick thus far. I wanted these specifically for working out and I am satisfied with how they stay in the ear and I'm able to do active workouts. The ear buds come with collar or wire clips for flexibility as well, although I have yet to use them. I just let the wire flap about., and I am not annoyed enough to utilize the clips. Just make sure to put them away in a safe place, given the size of the item, can be easy to loose. They did come with a nice carrying sack, but that is also kind of small.

Bought these after my Yurbuds IronMan wireless headphones finally died. The battery life is great but the on/off function takes quite a while to actually turn the headphones off. The "close to the head" sport wear clips are actually an awesome design but are difficult to adjust without some getting used to. They come with 3 pairs of S,M,L flange earbuds and 3 pairs of S,M,L foam earbuds. The fit is great for someone who struggles with in -ear buds. The sound quality is awesome for wearing around town or in the gym.

After trying on different ear tip sizes and ear fin sizes, I got a perfect fit that stayed in place during vigorous workouts and were comfortable. They sounded extremely good out of the box and I was to use the app to tweek them to my own liking. I was also able to hear clearly on a phone call, income SIRI, and I’ve gotten almost 8 hours on my first charge.

Cant go wrong with the JayBird X series

I have bought every pair of the jaybird X series (X1, X2, X3). With each release they do get better. I work out often and I run as well so I like having wireless headphones so the cord doesnt get tangled or pull them out by accident. They give you alot of different ear tips and buds (small, medium or large). So you should be able to get the right fit. Some people dont like the ear tips because they feel weird or uncomfortable but once you adjust them, they WILL NOT FALL OUT YOUR EARS. I would recommend any version of the JayBirds X series (not the freedom) to anyone who wants wireless headphones that are sweatproof, give good sound and decent battery. On the JayBird X3 specifically...I have not used the app they have for the headphones. Its a nice feature but they could have done without it. Overall still worth buying

Having tried a couple pairs of headphones, over-ear, on-ear, and in-ear, I found these to be perfect fit and function. The JayBird app allows for great versatility and customization of sound. The use of Spotify within app also a great feature. These never fell out of ears while running and fit didn't change while sweating, etc. Great pair of headphones!!
