These earbuds are awesome! They have a good battery life and are very comfortable to wear. My workouts usually last about an hour and a half to two hours five times a week. I'm usually able to get away with all five workouts with one charge but every once in a while i'll have to charge them before the fifth workout. If i do need a quick charge i'll plug them in for 10 - 15 minutes and i'll get about 40%. A cool feature that i really like is that when you turn them on a voice will tell you how much battery life they have. They come with different size wings and tips so you are able to have a good fit. The sound quality is really good and the app lets you adjust the levels to find a sound that you like. At first i wasn't sure about them but after using them for about a month i'm upset i didn't buy them earlier.

First off the sound is amazing and gets even better when using the app so you can customize your music. The variety of parts makes them harder to set up properly but when you find the pieces that are right for you they will stay put during gym sessions or running. I use them at work well in an area were hearing protection is required and they are sealed tight enough that I don't have issues wearing them. The battery life really does last a solid 8 hours and they charge pretty quickly. I can have them go from dead to about 80% in half an hour. I own two pair now since I loved mine enough that I bought my wife a pair to use at the gym. These are way better than beats and Sony in terms of functionality. I would compare them to my previous Bose soundsport but are a little better and a good bit cheaper.

After about a month of using these I think they are a really solid pair of headphones with some minor flaws. They work well as headphones go. I'm a bit of an audiophile so I knew I wasn't going to get the same level of performance I get from my Sennheiser over the ear headphones. That said, I found the sound in these overall pretty good for 100$ (what I paid for them) wireless workout headphones. That's what I was expecting and its good. What I wasn't expecting was the amount of work it would take to learn how to use these properly and finding the right configuration of earbuds and wings that adjusts well to my ears. I think I've finally settled into a combination that works for me though its far from the perfect fit they claim/advertise (though good on Jaybird for including at least three sets of the earbuds and wings). The extra "noise canceling" earbuds that come included are pretty lousy. Stick to the regular ones. The process of getting the wire to actually hang neatly around the neck and in place with the included clips is also a bit annoying. I don't understand why a simple adjustable clip that easily hooks on the wire wasn't included. It feels like lazy (or cheap) troubleshooting for headphones that are advertised as anything but cheap. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase (they were actually a bday gift from my wife). So far, in my limited (3 times a week use) they have done what I needed them to do. No technical issues. The app works well. The battery life is good not great (though the included charger is also really cheap built quality). I think this is a good product that falls just short of the premium price tag they are asking for. If you can get them on sale it would probably be a great purchase for a lot of people (I've heard they were as low as 50-60$ during black friday). But if the price is not an issue, go for it. Just don't expect a perfect product. Be ready for some troubleshooting and a lot of youtube video watching to figure out a fit that works for you. And even then, it probably won't be as perfect as they advertise it to be.

I liked these Jaybird headphones but one big issue with them was not being able to connect to the Jaybird app where you could customize the sound preferences. Other than that they were good quality and had a great battery life. I liked how they connected to multiple devices at once so you didn’t have to disconnect them from your tv to connect them to your phone. They were pretty durable and only broke after a year due to my cat ripping off a headphone.

I conducted extensive reviews on several Bluetooth headphones before I made the decision to purchase the Jaybird X3s. I read review after review and did hours of comparisons between the LG, Beats, Bose, and Jaybird. I finally came to the decision based on overall performance and comfort. These headphones sound amazing and come with a variety of earbuds and wings so you can get the perfect fit. The best part about these headphones, they stay in your ear during a workout or run. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get them to fall out. The sound is off the charts. The app allows you to customize every bit of sound so you can get the result you want for any type of music. Overall I love the headphones. They are lightweight and I forget that I'm wearing them. Great buy!! I am a Jaybird fan.

These are great - I use them for the gym and they have been the best. Great sound and good bass. The foam tips are the best for noise cancelling and are the most comfortable. Hold charge for hours too. A+++

I'm about 6ft tall and if I turn certain ways with my phone (Galaxy S8) in my pocket while listening to these earbuds they'll start to cut out a little. This isn't a major problem, but still annoying. Using them in the gym with my phone placed somewhere (not on my person, 3+yards away) I don't get any problems though. Overall, decent sound quality, good battery life, really comfortable (I have it in the sports fit that goes around the top of my ear). For my first pair of Bluetooth earbuds I can't complain much.

First, these sound great. just strong across full spectrum of sound. Second, the conforming foam tips included are great. once in, they keep a good seal and aren't coming out. The little retention wing can be difficult to get folded into your ear. These include a charging dongle. I would have had real second thoughts if i had known that. I really don't want a secondary, proprietary piece of gear that I can lose in order to charge my headphones. I just want a micro USB/USB C input on the device.

These headphones are true to their description. The sound quality is excellent. They pick up minor background noises. They fit comfortable around my ears and I appreciate not having anything bulky resting on my neck. Be sure to use the shirt clip that is provided, they will fall off. I lost my first pair recently. That won’t happen again!

Coming from powerbeats 2 and the Jabra wireless sports these are exactly what i been looking for all this time, i listen to music with alot of bass and i love it my beats had good bass but i had to blast the music on order to cancel the music the gym would be playing i then switch to the jabra wireless sports and i really love the idea behind them but they lack bass in my point of view i finally landed on these and i was debating between these and the powebeats3 but read bad reviews about them. Let me tell you they have to be the best wireless headphones i have purchased! the bass is perfect you can even customize it in the app! there is no background noise like i would get with the beats and they dont fall out! to top it off the price! i feel like i got more than my moneys worth!

These are my second pair of Jaybirds and they are absolutely amazing! I have tried numerous sport headphones and these are the best that I have found. They are lightweight, sweat-proof, and the sound quality is great. The only downside is the upgraded remote. I think that is a little too large and a slight step backwards from the X2s.

I bought the Jaybird X3's because I wanted a water resistant pair of earphones like my Jaybird Bluebirds. The Bluebirds never fit wel in my ears but these X3's are an excellent fit, although it did take a lot of experimentation with the various sizes of bud covers and wings to get something that felt right. They are lighter and the battery lasts much longer. The sound is great -- as good as you'll get from earbuds. Definitely recommend these. I'm giving a 4 out of 5 because I still think that Jaybird can do better.

    Big upgrade over X2s

I loved my X2s. I had purchased the Beats wireless before, but the X2s had more clarity to me. The only complaint I had about them was lack of bass and the way it stuck out of my ear. The X3s definitely addressed both of these. These are the best wireless headphones I've listened to. The fact you can choose a sound profile to fit personal preference is a big upgrade. They're not as big as the X2s and the wing has a curve to it so it fits more naturally in the ear. I'm a big fan of being isolated when listening to music and these do a good job of keeping outside noise. From other reviews I read the Bose soundsport wireless let in a lot of noise but are comparable in sound quality. However, I chose the X3s due to the isolation and I couldn't be happier.

Newest Jaybirds - better in ever way

I owned the previous version of the Jaybirds, which I used exclusively for working out. Even though I liked them, I had to constantly fidget to keep them firmly in place during a workout. When the battery wore out, I had to replace. Online reviewers said this redesign was only a minor improvement. I must disagree! These are better in every way: fit, comfort, SOUND!, charging speed and functions are all better. The two strongest points are the sound and fit/comfort. The clarity and quality of the sound is amazing. I'm really thrilled about it. I've heard details in songs I've never heard before. I've not had to adjust the earbuds to keep them securely in place, either. the new tips are very comfortable and do a great job of keeping other noise out.

I’ve been a Jaybird headphone brand user for six years and this model is by far one of their best products. The fit and sound are great and the new charging method is a tremendous improvement from the previous model – you now snap the control unit to a USB charging adapter vs. connecting a charging cable directly to the headphones. The headphone also gives you an audible notification of your percentage charge (“charge 60%” for example) so you know where you stand on battery when you start using them. The only minor issue I would note is that the headphones don’t do well in the sauna/steam room. The handful of times I’ve jumped in the sauna after a workout with the headphones, they overheat and shut down.
