These headphones are awesome for working out. Easy to use and so far very durable. The inner ear part does take a little getting used to, but works great!

I know they come with a number of earbud size attachments, but I could not find a good fit... Good sound quality, but I think they're too big overall.

I decided to try these headphones after reading the poor reviews on the Beats. I am glad I went with these - they sound great. I like to use these noise cancelling ear buds when I ride my motorcycle to add music to the ride and drown out the wind noise.

Picked up a pair of these for work. They are great, set the phone in the drawer and its music all day. they are not sound cancelling so they work perfect in the office. You can hear just enough chatter to have a heads up when boss man cometh.

This headphone is great for working out and it is pretty comfortable. Only downside is the app and sometimes it has trouble connecting but overall very good.

I purchased these headphones on sale and did some research before purchasing. I knew out of the box the headphones would be flat sounding and they were. However when you download the app and adjust the eq settings, they sound awesome! Good bass level and good clarity overall for my ears. The right fit for your ears and how you like to wear them takes a minute, but I found the over ear with the clips works best for me. Battery life is as advertised. I generally go two days with moderate use (3-4 hrs). Overall very satisfied with the purchase.

I love earbuds, always had the one with the cords but decided to go wireless because of my job the cord was in the way, or phone needed charging an I had to move around alot, so lol... I love that you can customize the sound, it's still loud but not OMG that is so loud I think my eardrum busted, well depend on how you customize your sound. The flaws the outer part the piece that has the jb logo (not the part that go in the ear) is big it's annoying but I love the sound so much, I just started to use the ear wings (wasn't a fan at first but when you figure it out it holds in the ear better that way) , I like it under ear , I use to do over ear but the safety glasses at work on top of that had my ear in pain, P.S. I bought 4 other brand of wireless earbuds even beatsX before I gave into these , an they were a nice price, it was worth it

    Not what I expected

Trying to avoid buying an apple product and move on from my Wireless Powerbeats 2 that are falling apart I wanted to try something new and hopefully better. I went with the Jaybirds because of reviews i researched and their website said all the right things. Sadly, they did not live up to the hype. 1st they give you a warning about listening to anything too loudly, however, that won't be an issue with these as they do not provide enough sound to do any type of damage. I thought the app might help and although they app is kinda impressive it did nothing to improve the volume. They are more intrusive than the beats and this was expected but even after a week they still made my ears soar. I switched to the memory foam they offer and things did improve. The beats are the better buy and although they did start to fall apart this purchase has made me consider purchasing the Powerbeats3 wireless. So all in all these things are not loud enough. If you can find the right comfort level with the many options of ear adapters (or w/e they are called) they provide they won't fall out of your ear and u should find the right comfort fit. I love to work out and bump those adrenaline jams but these just don't cut it. I tried them with the Ipod Nano and the Samsung S7 Active with the app. I wish they did!!! Should have tried the Bose or bought the Beats again. Oh well...

I liked these earbuds but they were very heavy and didn't fit my ears well. They sounded great but I could never get them to stay in while I was working out.

I upgraded from the Jaybird X2's because of the my sound app that the X3 supported. I am completely satisfied with the performance of the X3"s and the my sound app. I always felt like the X2's were good but not great I can now say the X3's are great.

I purchased these on sale right around the holiday season and I love them. They are not extremely loud at first but you can download the app and adjust the equalizer for the bass and highs, which is great if you like more of either. Highly recommend.

The JayBird X3 headphones are amazing. They are versatile and can be customized to fit how you want them to. The sound app is also an added bonus which gives you freedom to adjust the sound.

The sound quality is great! The only negative is that the wing part that curls into your ear sometimes gets a bit sore. But, that's with prolonged use.

Purchased these over Christmas as my first set of wireless headphones. I was thrilled with the design and fit, sound was also impressive. I don't have another product to compare the bluetooth functionality but I never had issues within 10 feet indoors, but as others have mentioned, outdoors the connection can become inconsistent and spotty. Overall, I would have rated these a solid 4 until a few weeks back when the headphones stopped taking a charge. Because these were now out Best Buy's return period, I had to contact JayBird which I wasn't particularly thrilled about given other's experiences (give JayBird customer service a quick google, you'll find plenty of these stories online). I opened a warranty case on their website and received a response the next day. A few days later, I had a return label in my inbox and the CS rep told me as soon as UPS had possession of old headphones, they would cross-ship a replacement to me. Dropped the package off at UPS and sent a confirmation email to the Rep, then silence for 3 days. I sent another email and no response. A few days later picked up the phone and an hour later, got through to someone who informed me these headphones are now on backorder from the manufacturer… great. But don’t worry, the CS rep assured me they could fulfill my replacement order and to expect an email the next day with shipping confirmation. Well, that was four days ago and I still have not received a response, even after sending a follow-up email to their CS rep. Bottom line, I like the headphones but I will not support a company with this poor of customer service. At this point, I’m close to opening a dispute with my credit card company and just sending the box with accessories back to Best Buy to let them deal with JayBird. Buy at your own risk… if you’re one of the many unlucky ones with a defective product, be prepared to fight a battle for a replacement.
