The sound is great and they are light and flexible for the user who is wearing. The young man at Best Buy suggested this particular type. He felt that I would be satisfied with the sound quality etc based on the information I provided him as to what I was looking for. I also like the fact that you can tailor the sound on your iPhone with the app that you can download. The charger for it is proprietary so you do not have the flexibility to charge it with any charger. There is a usb charger that comes with it and the little connector that is roped onto the charger .

Bought these after I lost my wired Beats...didn’t want to spend an additional $200 for Bluetooth. Gave these a try and they’re the best I’ve ever had.

Great sounding headphones! I think the memory foam ear tips make them that much better and seal in the sound. Having different sound field choices is a huge plus!

Enjoyed very much excellent sound to much background noise during calls

I love the x2 so I was excited for x3. I like the white and gold. It looks sleek. Unfortunately, I hate the control. I usually let it sit around my neck when not in used, but the control with its weight tend to make it fall. I have now lost it and had to buy a new one. I also don't see why they had to change the charging type.

These earbuds are great and allow you to customize your listening experience with the Jaybird app which definitely increases the experience with these earbuds

I bought these earphones for the gym. My last pair were the over-the-ear type, and sweating ruined the padding. So I wanted something that was designed for workouts. These work really well. They sound good. With the fins they're really comfortable. I don't have any issues with cross-body interference, and the 8-hour battery life means I can get a full week's worth of workouts before I have to recharge.

Better than my Bose. For me they are completely noise cancelling. I get lost in the music during my workouts and an hour has gone by before I know it.

The MySound app for these is the bomb! You can change how your earbuds sound! They don't stay in my ears perfectly, but they are comfortable. I love these!!!

I've got both the X2s and now the X3s and the improvements are fantastic. All the great fit and function of the X2s but with better added features like bud size.

You'd think a pair of expensive wireless earbuds would also mean you're getting some good build quality. But no, that's not the case at all. What I'm talking about specifically is the charger, which is proprietary and absolute garbage. The thing is a tiny cable, which connects to a specific set of pins via attachment to a micro USB. These pins match up exactly with the Jaybird's charging mechanism, which is locked in place by 2 sets of absolutely flimsy plastic hooks on the sides. Repeated use has shown me that once those hooks are done, you've got no way to charge the freakin thing besides holding it down and hoping it detects the pins. Don't waste your money or time on these things. As good as they sound, if they can't even get the basic build quality right with this stuff, then it's as good as trash.

These wireless earbuds have great sound and very good bass for earbuds; HOWEVER, they are meant for active use and the buds keep falling out of my ears!!! There’s a little fin on the earbud meant to keep it from falling out, but it only hurts your ear and it falls out anyway. If this issue was solved I’d give 5 stars :(

I was hesitant to buy these due to price however the black Friday price was too good to pass up based on internet reviews. The headphones are lightweight and you can barely tell you have them on. I got them to work out at the gym and with all the movement they stay pretty well. It did take a little bit to find the right size tips but once I did they have stayed fine. The battery life is exactly as advertised. I can go the whole week on a single charge. These are definitely worth the money and better than the LG's that I had previously.

Awesome product... sweet battery life. Memory foam ear tips are a great addition as well as all the sizes. Presentation of these headphones is the coolest thing.
