Broke after less than one month of use

Sound quality is good, and voice quality on calls is good, but voice dialing breaking so soon is bad. Tried to resolve with Jaybird support and to date am getting the run around, and no satisfaction.

Pretty good Headphones

I like the option to customize the sound in the app. I have set up a few but can't really find a preset that fits my needs from Jaybird. Overall I am satisfied may get better once I find a preset that sounds like I want.
