I have been pleased with these. The customization with the app makes all the difference. I wish they were noise canceling and the fit could be a little better for my comfort. Overall still pleased.

These earbuds have the best sound that I've heard.

These are comfortable easy to use and travel with.

I bought this X3 in August 2018 and within 2-3 months, the battery kept draining very fast. I called the CSR and they sent the X4 to replace X3. But after few months, the X4 stopped charging. I called them again and they sent another X4. And this second X4 battery started draining very fast after a month of use. Finally they are sending another X4 which i am not very confident. The only reason, I am giving 3 star is because of CSR. They are very good and courteous. Otherwise the X4 or X3 the product rating is only 1 star

These are excellent and the sound quality is great.

Without a doubt these headphones sound amazing, however, the problem is the connectivity. It depends on the situation but for the most part if the phone is my pocket and I sit or crouch, the connection breaks. It's annoying to say the least. Phone calls are not smooth either. Almost every one I talk complains that they either can't hear me or there is static in the background. I have them connected to a Galaxy S8. Not sure what the problem is but it might be that my unit is defective.

Would recommend to any friend. Fit my ears great!!

These are the best headphones i have ever owned...

Earbuds have been great for everyday use, and the gym. The app is easy to use to change the settings to your preferences. Comes with a lot of different ear pieces to choose your ear comfort level. Cord is good length. Not hanging too low and can wear it over or under your ears. Very pleased.

These are amazing, the app changes the equalizer in the ear buds themselves, with presets and custom equalizer settings, so that you can use them with streaming music apps. Some apps have built in equalizers, other wise youre usually stuck with the settings the head phones come with, but not with these.

I've owned the bose soundsport and i hate that it started to fall apart after a few months use. The glue on it made the rubber part come off which was annoying. This is a nice alternative.

By far the best wireless earbuds. Comes with three different earbuds and three different "wings" to stay in your ear. Only problem I've had is the foam eartips will eventually break apart

The ear buds had nice sound quality but I wanted to use them while running and they would not stay on my ears. I returned them and got the Bose Sport ear buds.

I'v used it a few times and one of the sides volume completely went out. I had to reset it to get the volume back. We'll see how they perform.
