The connection is a little sketchy every once in a while and they aren't super comfortable no matter what configuration I use but they do the job I bought them for.

I bought these after much research and had narrowed it down to these and one other pair. Your sales associate was very knowledgeable and recommended these. I also like them because of the variety of sizes of ear pieces and more than one way to wear them.

These are great for working out and running. I had to change the earbuds. They leave a sticky texture. I bought rubber replacements.

I purchased these earbuds based off of several reviews online. The problem is those reviews do not do reliability test. These buds sound great until they stop working. I have had to exchange them three times as they last about 45 days of work outs then pffft. There are some serious quality control issues. If you buy them make sure to get the Best Buy Warranty its worth every penny.

Quality overall is decent but lack of bass power battery last fairly good. For a daily used is ok and the price was fair.

Sound is good but earphones don't fit good to ears so it's tricky when running and that was whole point to buy them.

I used jaybird x3 for running. It works and sounds pretty good but after 3 weeks of used I started to hear a crackling sound and the battery only last for 2 to 3 hours. After I charged it overnight and even you didn't used it, by night time the battery is all drained out. I sweat a lot while I'm running maybe it has something to do about it. I don't know. I returned it and get a different Bluetooth headset.

Really liking my headphones! Was lucky enough to run into a shopper in the store when trying to choose a pair of headphones. The man told us his daughter had a pair of Jaybird X3 and really liked them. Went with his recommendation and very glad I did!

Great sound with ability to get customized through the JayBird app. I have not found the perfect fit yet for my ears but there of plant of options still to try.

Ok, the Jaybird is easy to pair. What I also liked was the dual micro USB adapter that comes along with the phone for seamless music transfer. Also liked the very short USB cord for charging (Very clever). But I had a problem with the bluetooth. The phone had to be right next to the headset to work.I checked my bluetooth with other bluetooth items to see if the problem was my phone and other items worked with my phone. I was also not crazy about the sound. It may work for many but not for me.

The sound quality of these headphones is very good but I have had issues keeping them from falling out of my ears.

First set of jay birds I bought and I want to go back to my nose soundsports. I like jay bird headphones for the ability to change the length of the wire and the app for adjusting the music settings. My issue was that it didn’t sit well in my ear and hurt after an hr or so. Athletes should not fear it won’t fall out but I couldn’t go work out for more than an hr and would rest my ears after. Not bad headphones but I don’t like that I can’t use them for long periods of time.

I am a marathon runner and have always had trouble finding the right Bluetooth headphones which doesn't cause pain after hours of wearing.... I am so glad I found this and went ahead bought two for my gf as well.... we both are loving the product !!! Worthed

Love these. I had the last version and was contemplating the air pods and am so glad that I purchased these. They work with all my devices and have sound isolation with the foam earbuds. Would recommend these whole heartedly and the app is amazing.

This was an XMAS gift for my 26 year old very active daughter. She actually loves the earphones. She has been using them for daily workouts, phone conferences and airline business travel. She is always thanking me for the xMas gift. Thanks Best Buy.

Apprehensive about price but all indications from reviews they would be worth it. Well after a little over one month the little bass i do add to my sound comes across like defective blown out speaker(s). Bottom line the sound in some area of songs just sucks. Tried different songs same result. Also could be my ear openings but just cannot get a comfortable fit. Must say tho JB gives plenty of sizes to choose from. Will be contacting JB next week to see what they can do about sound issue.

These are good ear buds. The sound isolation is great. My only issue was the length of the cord. Was a little short for me. Other than that, these should satisfy.

So I used this for about 2 months. And I took it to my home country which is Bangladesh. And I gave it away to my best friend Jahed. HE LOVED IT! STILL LOVES IT! Thanks to Best Buy for all the great things you sell! Cheers!

I got these because they were on clearance. The sound is amazing BUT the battery leaves something to be desired honestly. The battery has progressively gotten worse in the tree months I’ve owned them. I can get maybe three or four hours before it tells me it needs charged now. But when I first got them it was maybe 6-8 hours before they needed a charge.

They didn't stay in my ear as well as the beats. Didn't get the full sound effect of the music. Volume too low
