So far my Jaybird X3 Bluetooth headset has been one of the best Bluetooth headsets I've purchased. I workout 6 days a week and put it through a lot. So far no issues with it.

When I am working out, the fast forward button (for music) keeps being pressed. Overly sensitive

Really comfortable. Doesnt get off your ears easily. Also has different sizes for the perfect fit.

Jay Bird X3 are nice but cold use improvement. The X2 sounded better and had better call quality

I love that I can plug this in when my battery gets low and I love the longer cord.

I needed headphones for running and cycling, and was directed to these via the helpful BB associate working in the headphones area. Brought them home, and was immediately disappointed. The sound quality with the default settings is terrible; the earpods that came with my iPhone sound infinitely better. I fussed around with the Jaybird equalizer app thing, and even the "Signature Sound" and other offered presets were quite disappointing. I was able to define my own which came out a little better, but still they don't compete with the pack-ins. Then there's activity. I tired every set of tips in the box. I tried "under the ear" and the ridiculous "over the ear with a complicated three part clip system" setup, both did not work. Headphones kept falling out of my ears while running, and interestingly the sound quality took a significant hit when trying to do over the ear. No idea why, but it was not fun. Brought them back after three attempts at exercising with them.

I had high hopes for this unit but I could not get it to fit in my ears correctly. I hear others got it to fit but I just could not get them to fit right and they kept falling out. The sound was good, just could not fit right - try them before you buy them if possible

I bought this product because of recommendations for using it while being on the phone. The voice you hear is clear but you sound muffled while talking to yourself but also to the people on the other end. If you are buying this for phone calls. I would recommend getting something else. If you are using it for music, it works fine.

Good quality but cheap material, the ears sometimes fall out

I like this product, or say, I love this brand for some personal reasons. Only one issue may be confused to me; the minimal plug is a little bit too large.

These headphones are amazing. Once you figure out how to fully use them, you can take advantage of quite a few features. They have plenty of how-to videos on their website.

These headphones are great headphones! Work out great for every day use or working out! Sweat proof so no worries about them shorting out due to sweat!

Loved these when i first got them but it they tend to lose sound in one side.

Loved them till the wounded died on on side due to not being sweat proof enough.

Love these headphones so for. Like that you can have two devices connected at one time. Most of the time forget they are even in ( after getting the right plug and ear fin.

I purchased this second pair of Jaybird X3 headphones for my wife. Easy to set up and use. Great features. Love the available customization via their App.

Head phones were ok just not quality sound and turning on both earbuds was cumbersome at times
