These have great sound quality and using tha app allows you to personalize your listening experience. However they are very difficult to keep secured in the ear. I’ve tried every way recommended and they don’t stay. I also get repeated notifications that the headphones are connected even when playing music

The product is great. The only kick is sometimes they come off when I’m in the sauna.

I bought the Jay bird X3 wireless Bluetooth headphone to use at work. I thought I'd listen to music then flip over when I receive a call, but the mic was so far from my mouth that my caller could not hear nor understand me. They did not do what I needed so I exchanged the for the LG Platinum around the neck unit, and they were no better.

great product had to buy a 2nd one only because i was really hard on the first one for over a year and accidentally ran it through the wash a couple times.

This set of headphones are outstanding. Exactly what i was looking for. Great sound and if you download the app the sounds is more amazing. I highly recommend these.

The charging requires a separate piece not just a usb which is most convenient. Now I have to keep up with this "pinned" charger and that is the only way to charge the headphones. I would not buy this item again because it doesnt allow a simple usb cord to charge it.

I ordered the Jaybird X3 for my grandsons birthday..I was very pleased with how fast I received them...My grandson loved them and said they are excellent ear phones...

I had these headphones for a few months and after a few uses at the gym they are starting to not turn on. The warranty covers it and I have returned it back but it happened again with the next pair. I am returning it again for a warranty. I want to say I love these but I don't know why they won't turn on without being plugged in.

I couldn't do my workout without them. Highly recommend this item for those that need clear audio at the gym or just need them when out and about.

Love these so far, the only problem would be how easily the foam tip headphones will tear.

Sometimes the ear buds loosen up and fall out of my ears if I don't have them in right.

Sounds good, I like the app to the headphones also

solid headset. worth the $$$. Got these for my wife and son for Christmas. They love them.
