Not sure why they changed to the proprietary charger and then charge $45 for the kit that has a replacement. (Can buy just the charger, have to buy the kit with mostly ear pieces you will never use.)

Good headphones, sound good, and the app is great and easy to use for customizing how they sound, but the right earbud does tend to slip out of my war despite using the memory form like tips and the ear wings.

The features and sound we're pretty good. I didn't care for the chord sliding off of my shoulder, pulling the ear piece out. There are attachments available to prevent that from happening.

The sound quality is good, especially for gym workouts. Hardest part is to get the buds to fit your own ear. Each workout it is a struggle to get that perfect fit, but once in, it is good for the entire workout.

I really like the style of the ear piece. It fits nice and snug so it drowns out any other noise, like my tractor while mowing. I can crank it up and mow for hours without missing a beat.

I tried so many headphones and having the trouble bringing them back to exchange for another for so many reasons ear clip doesn't latch on well keep coming off while doing your free weights or thread mills, poor noise isolation, too heavy, poor base, Bluetooth connection keep breaking up, Bluetooth distance too short etc etc. Jaybird X3! It solve all my problems. It latch on to my ears very well, is light, very stable connection while making calls with X3, sound was impeccably awesome I must say is better than bose soundsport, COMPLY ear buds noise isolation/cancellation is so much better than powerbeats (jaybird my sound apps is so useful), Base is more superior than sony MDRXB80BS, Bluetooth connection is stable and most importantly it latch on to your ears very well maybe is the COMPLY ear buds that's making a difference. More importantly is relatively value for money compared to powerbeats and bose soundsports. Seriously, Is definitely a must have gear for anyone that like to run, cycles or workout. I will rank Jaybird X3 first, then bose soundsport second and lastly powerbeats third.

The Jaybird X3 wireless headphones are good. They stay in the ears while working out and have good sound. After a while the ears can get a little sore from wearing them. I guess it depends on the persons ears.

These are one of the best sounding wireless headsets. Absolutely love the app. Only issue I noticed is the cord is a bit short at times and mic could shrink a bit. But overall met expectations and then some.

These are the best sounding earbuds I have ever used. With the MySound app you can adjust the sound perfectly. But with my iPhone 7 in my pocket the Bluetooth cuts out every time I look down or turn my head.

Pro: Lightweight, sweat proof so far, great sound, adjustable, Bluetooth reaches farther than my wireless plantronic headphones, change music by holding down the volume button, great for runners if you have a running belt to hold your phone Con: Proprietary charger so try not to lose it (which is why I rated it one star less). I have to charge this headphone more often than my plantronic. I tried using the fins but it didn't work for me. I don't use the app so the bass isn't customized, but the music still sounds good. If someone calls, the headphones play a nice little tune. It will also tell you the battery life or when to charge. So far, it was worth the $99 sale price.

I needed some wireless headphones for running. After looking at reviews and talking with best buy staff, I made the decision to purchase the x3s. They have not disappointed. Love that I can have my phone put away in a backpack or pocket and everything works great. I also love the app to change the way they sound.

As with other in-ear headphones, the X3s came with many tip sizes and options. I found a great fit without using the wing tips. No issues while running, which was my number one criteria so I'm very happy with the X3s. I don't/haven't used the EQ app as running doesn't lend itself to critical music listening anyway.

Purchased these headphones for my wife and she loves them. She has commented to me that the sound quality is excellent. It took a little bit to size them correctly so they fit without falling out of her ears, but once she figured out which ear piece works best for her she has not had any more issues.

I bought these headphones last year, (less than 12 mnths ago). The sound is pretty good but that's the only thing that I'm satisfied with. I used them when running but the headphones kept falling out of my ear or losing the earpad. Once that issue was resolved by putting new pads, at some point it stops working. If you paired to a new device to your phone and you need to re-pair these, it might get stock and leave you hanging when you are depending on them. Good sound but not as good on everything else. I recommend not to buy
