The sound quality is great! The only negative is that the wing part that curls into your ear sometimes gets a bit sore. But, that's with prolonged use.

These are just what I was looking for. Great headphones for the money

These head sets had awesome sound for the price, but they hurt my ears (very uncomfortable) after wearing only 30 minutes. Replaced with a set of Bose.

Purchased these over Christmas as my first set of wireless headphones. I was thrilled with the design and fit, sound was also impressive. I don't have another product to compare the bluetooth functionality but I never had issues within 10 feet indoors, but as others have mentioned, outdoors the connection can become inconsistent and spotty. Overall, I would have rated these a solid 4 until a few weeks back when the headphones stopped taking a charge. Because these were now out Best Buy's return period, I had to contact JayBird which I wasn't particularly thrilled about given other's experiences (give JayBird customer service a quick google, you'll find plenty of these stories online). I opened a warranty case on their website and received a response the next day. A few days later, I had a return label in my inbox and the CS rep told me as soon as UPS had possession of old headphones, they would cross-ship a replacement to me. Dropped the package off at UPS and sent a confirmation email to the Rep, then silence for 3 days. I sent another email and no response. A few days later picked up the phone and an hour later, got through to someone who informed me these headphones are now on backorder from the manufacturer… great. But don’t worry, the CS rep assured me they could fulfill my replacement order and to expect an email the next day with shipping confirmation. Well, that was four days ago and I still have not received a response, even after sending a follow-up email to their CS rep. Bottom line, I like the headphones but I will not support a company with this poor of customer service. At this point, I’m close to opening a dispute with my credit card company and just sending the box with accessories back to Best Buy to let them deal with JayBird. Buy at your own risk… if you’re one of the many unlucky ones with a defective product, be prepared to fight a battle for a replacement.

I owned a pair of the Jay Bird Bluebuds X Sport for three years and loved them until they died of old age. I bought these hoping that they'd be at least as good. The first pair died within a week. Best Buy gave me a new pair. Instead of the old USB-c connection Jay Bird created a proprietary charging connection that is clumsy to use and will make things tough if you forget it. So apart from this and questionable quality control, I recommend them.

Comes with multiple tips for a variety of ear canals. Has a nice long battery life. App allows you to set different sound profiles to adjust to the music you're listening to. Carrying case is a squeeze but is functional.

These are one of the best Bluetooth earphones for those who like to exercise. With the free Jaybird app you can adjust the frequency of the sound or you can choose presets of sounds to find your preference.

I bought these wireless earphones for my daughter for Christmas. She wanted this type of device so she could listen to music while she skis. She has reported that they work well, fitting her ears while wearing a helmet. She's very happy with them.

These headphones are awesome. I have really small ears and they are still comfortable for longtime wear. The battery usually lasts around 7-8 hours.

These things are awesome once you get them in your ear correctly. Was a little tricky getting the fit right but now that I have I love them.

Just bought these since they were on sale and had that military color

I first bought a pair for my daughter. She likes them and said they sounded good. I tried them out and ended up buying myself a pair. T can walk about 60 feet away from my phone and not loose the connection between them and my iPhone7

To begin with, I got these for 60 dollars and at that price point it was money spent at its best. Overall, the quality is excellent and I believe that these headphones are better Than the bose sport free wireless headset.

The sound is awesome with the app. The ONLY complaint I have about it is that without the shirt clip it falls out of my ear if I turn my head too far with only 1 bud in. Otherwise the waterproofing, sound, and size is awesome!

To get the best sound you need to make sure you use the correct ear piece configuration and adjust the sound field to your taste using the Jaybird app.

Fantastic product. I've found it to be a good sound upgrade over the previous X2 version with a substantial boost to the bass as well. The ability to tweak the sound via the app works well too. Liked them so much I bought another set for my wife.

By far better sound then the beats but very uncomfortable.i liked the pouch it came with.nothing can fall out and convenient for your buds and charger.

I checked the reviews of others and additional sources such as YouTube and found this to be an excellent choice for BT audio needs. It's choice of ear inserts is great, the battery life is long and the audio itself is punchy, crisp and enjoyable.

These headphones were pretty good. They work very well for me during work and don't get in the way. The battery lasts long enough for a full days work.

Great for music. Need to use app to add more bass. Not as good for talking, people were telling me I sounded far away. Other then that good for music.
