Love this, better than the beats x. Good bass and great sound. I just don’t like that it has a designated charger

Good concept with the foam tips, but if you sweat a lot the will start to come out. Great sound with the app.

When these things work the sound is excellent. However I have had issues with random unpairing. I also have experienced annoying Bluetooth dropouts and interference. The iPhone integration is not perfect. Skip ahead one song is hold volume up for example. There is a long delay between when the middle button is pressed-held and Siri wakes up. This also affects inbound call announce features of IOS. Lastly I now have the dreaded left ear problem. I have upgraded firmware, factory reset, re-paired, cleaned with rubbing alcohol to recover once for a week or so. Now problem is back again. Repeated recovery procedure again and left ear is back only 50% so still broken. I should have spent the extra $ and bought the Apple earbuds. Lots of similar complaints like mine I have read. I have buyer’s remorse.

I loved these ear buds... excellent fit and sound quality. Wore them in the gym daily for more than a year. One day they stopped taking a charge and now do not function at all. After researching, seems this is a known quality issue. Out of warranty and out of luck. Too bad... they were great while they lasted.

No complaints great purchase quality sound. Easy to pair with my IPhone. TI love the comply form tips which knock out outside noise. The only drawback I've had issues with getting a good for with the wings.

i enjoy the head phones good battery life the unique charger make it difficult if you forget it at work but great over all

You can't go wrong on choosing these wireless earphones. Great for working out with a great sound. The sound can even be adjusted with the app to suit your needs. They hold in your ears really well.

Very clear sound, best part was the various choices of ear bud a so I could select the one that fits me.

Purchased these based off of reviews and was not disappointed. They are easy to connect and sound great. The retention system keeps them in place even on the longest of runs. Would buy again!

This purchase was to replace a lost set of headphones and like most products - a new version was available at the same price. Actually got these on a sale and are awesome. Can't work out without them.

Bought these last week while they were on sale. They work great and so does the app. I had an issue with syncing in the beginning, but just restarted my phone and it's been working great since then.

I purchased these ear buds for the battery life and have not been disappointed. After downloading the app you can customize the sound settings which is a big advantage over other brands.

These are a pretty good set of earbuds. They are light and being wireless is nice. Sound quality is 3.5 out of 5

I’ve had the X2 model for about 2 years now. Use them 3-8 hours a day and have no complaints. The silicone ear buds are easy to find online or in store and change out quickly. Highly recommend.

I love this headphone and wish it was back in stock. I lost the pair of jaybird. Easy to use. Connects fast. Its worth the price and worth buying at bestbuy.

Excellent product. Exactly what they advertise. Great fit. Could have better sound quality/louder, Easy to lose, a little over priced. With that said I’d buy another pair Bc of the fit

Purchased these on a recommendation from a store employee. Setup was easy, the app made adjusting sound great. after about 3 months they started having issues. when turned on, and used to around 80% then shut off. they would not reconnect to my phone, sometimes they would not even power up. have had to reset multiple times. will be returning under MFG warranty. I should have dug online as many other people are having similar issues with them. Will not buy them again.

I used these for workouts in the gym, and even though the sound quality was great, i could barely keep them in my ears (regardless of changing the foam/rubber piece) i stopped using them because no matter how many times i change the size, sweat still gets in and they slip out of my ear. So i changed to over the ear wireless headphones. Good if not working out!

These are by far more comfortable and louder then the bose and the beats I tried both and this is then best choice
