These headphones were purchased to be used for running as they are advertised as waterproof. After 3 weeks and being caught in the rain one time, the left ear went silent and the right started with static. Customer service, however, was great! They emailed a UPS label for the return and immediately shipped a new pair.

First time owner of jaybird Headphones and I am amazed How nice and clear they sound. Hands down I think the quality is way better than beats..

The headphones work great! They are very easy to connect and sound very good. I recommend the foam tips as they do a great job of blocking out ambient noise!!

Great earbuds but wings don't fit properly. Just use it without the wings. Great sound!

Bought these to replace my old pair of headphones and there great. The Jaybird app is great to adjust the sound to your personal preference.

They sound and look great, but difficult to wear with only one piece inserted.

Glad these were on sale, definitely not worth it at full price. Always takes multiple attempts to connect to my mp3 player. Sound is average, I had $9 wired headphones previously which were pretty close in sound quality. On the positive the battery life is as good or maybe better than advertised.

Sound and connection quality is very good. But the ear plugs size range could be more.

The title says it all. They sound great, highs are crisp and clean, lows are deep and full, mids are clear. You can adjust to your preference using the app. Winged tips aren't comfortable and neither are the memory foam tips. That's what sold me on them and I was wrong. 30 min into listening my ears hurt

Everything that was wrong with the previous headphones, Jaybird listened and fixed. I absolutely love these headphones since I got them.

Better than freedom and cheaper as well! Buy this for quality and longer battery life.

Great headphones for the price, comfortable fit and stays charged up to eight hours.

I've owned and loved the X1 and X2 and now the X3 model. Listening to music and podcasts/audio books is phenomenal especially with the tuning the Jaybird app allows. Making phone calls is easy enough but the call quality is lacking only because of the mics placement. Recommended only for music.
