The biggest complaint is that background noises are louder than my voice and there is a big difference between talking directly into my phone (OnePlus 5) and talking using the JayBird x3

I Tried To Love 'Em

The sound quality seems fine, although they don't stay in my ears long enough to actually enjoy it. In addition to them falling out, the extra add-on piece that is supposed to ensure they stay in your ear actually falls off--and in my case, got lost. They also tend to grab your calls while in the middle of a conversation even though your phone's setting is on Speaker or Device. Needless to say, this is quite frustrating and can be embarrassing while you fumble to locate and turn off the headphones. All in all it was one of my most disappointing purchases. A couple of stars for sound quality and the cute little convenient pouch you store them in.
