Product was recommended by the BB sales person and it is as he suggested. Very clear sound, fits in your ears in variety of positions . The mic works well . When the chord is placed on the back of your neck it is nearly invisible . There is a carrying case and lots of sizes of ear attachments. I would definitely recommend this headphone to anyone that wanted high quality, at a reasonable price.

These in-ear headphones are fantastic. I always have a hard time finding in-ear tips that will conform to my ear, but the foam tips on these work perfectly and the headphones fit snugly on my head. The best part about these is the sound and the ability to modify that sound to your liking with the app. It makes for an interactive and easy way to get just the sound that you want for all your music.

Through the years Im up to my 4th pair... Love'm! App helps me , adjust the sound with a EQ that gives me the sound that I want them at . My work sometimes , I have 16 to 20 hours days sometimes ,so I use 2 pairs on those days...the fact again they work on my iWatch and iPhone at the same time gives me freedoms and options other don't give you. Silicone Earpieces that you attach ; Game Changers!

Finding the right fit took a while, but once they are in place they work well. Battery life is good and they sound great. When paired with the app you can customize the sound so you can make your music really pop. The presets are really good as well.

This is the third set of jaybirds I've owned and it's been the best one thus far. I would highly recommend this version over the previous generation. It has a far better fit than the previous gen and the sound is great. Haven't gone out for a run with them yet but they hold well in crossfit-type workout, walks, and drowns out metro and public trans noise pretty well.

I purchased these after my last set of headphones broke and figured I would try the jaybird brand. I chose these particular head phones because of the battery life and price (149.00) at the time. After changing fully and the first day of using them they lasted less then 4 hours. I just assumed I had them too loud or my setting in the app or a combination of both were to blame for the short battery life. After several months of use I can barely get 4 hours of life even with listening to podcasts at a low volume. The second thing to be aware of is the ear plugs come off very easily, there have been to many times to count that I have to dig the plug out of my ear or have to search around for it on the floor after hanging them from my neck. Those points aside, the fit and stay of them is great. They do not fall out of your ear. However I would recommend a different choice.

I'm a little guy with little tiny ears, haha. With the 3 sizing options your sure to find the perfect fit. These stay in my ear with no problem and no pain unlike other wireless headphones I have had in the past. I bought 2 pairs and constantly using them. Battery life is more then sufficient and do not require and external attachment for added battery like the higher end jaybirds. These are the best!!

I have no idea why anyone buys anything else in the same price range. I've even tried BOSE and these buds far surpass anything else I've tried including the popular BEATS. This is my 2nd pair! I started with the 1st gen model and had to get the latest one. (I use mine for running and lifting at gym) They are awesome and stay in place really nicely. Gifted 2 other sets for xmas and they love'em as well!

just got them good sound good fit in the ear sound isolating ok but not very good you'll still hear clear noise around if you get them on sale like i did its a good deal i heard they can die fast so may be the 2 yr protection plan is a good idea

These worked so well ! Double black diamond skier on ungroomed trails. I never missed a beat and they stayed in my ears even when I had the occasionally fall. They are comfortable for all day usage ! Very pleased with never losing them and were always accessible . Quality of sound great for my outdoor acitivity needs!

I picked these headphones up while they were on sale and I've been extremely satisfied with them ever since. They provide a comfortable fit with great sound quality and the Jaybird application allows you to change the EQ settings at any time straight from your phone. I like to pair these with my cellular Apple Watch and go out running without needing my phone. Would highly recommend.

These are easily customizable and can be worn in a variety of ways. The sound is high quality and the ability to check battery percentage at the touch of a button is awesome. Don't charge after a run. They need to dry out or weird things can happen.

This set of headphones comes with everything you need! Multiple ear fins, 3 pairs of 2 style ear bud cones, collar clips for under-ear listening, and cord clips for over-ear listening. They sound amazing, especially when paired with the app for customizing your sound. The charging is straight-forward and quick, too! Even says battery percentages and other status messages when using them!

Once you get the fit right for your personal preference, no issues staying in place. Good sound quality but they can be finicky when I pair with my iPod and they have to be within closer proximity than is normal. I don't have that issue when paired with my iPhone

I liked these headphones. I had the X2 which were perfect, cancelled out noise very well. These not so much. They are comfortable sometimes. Push a lot of air into your ear. Good headphones just should have been better than the previous model.
