Take the time to get the correct fit & use the app
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I first put these in I didn't take the time to get the proper fit for the wingtips or the eartips. I didn't think these sounded good at all. When I finally had time I got everything set up with the proper fit (the included instructions aren't very clear, I watched videos on YouTube) and the headphones sounded a lot better, but not really to my preference. This is where the app comes into play. With the app you can set your own equalizer settings or download presets that other people have set up. Now these are the best sounding headphones I own but I could probably adjust the fit for my left ear to make it a little better.

Decent wireless earbuds

Runner's Choice
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my second pair of Jaybirds and I wouldn't choose any other brand. The sound is amazing and there are no connection issues. I've only used the "over-the-ear" wearing option since I only use them for running, but can say that they never slip. Definitely worth the price.

Best. Headphones. Ever.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Second pair of these headphones! Long story short I lost the last ones. I think it’s a testament to these Jaybird X3’s that I would buy the same pair after having the choice. Great fit, great customization, amazing sound. I use these for running, life, everything.

X3s are the Absolute Best Wireless Earbuds
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I think the Jaybird X3s are simply the best earbuds available to date and they are extremely functional, durable and comfortable; they have a long battery life ( ~8hrs ) and long Bluetooth range ( 100+ feet ); they produce a rich & deep sound that’s clear, crisp and clean.

At first unsure, Now LOVE THEM
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was unaware of how these were going to work at first, never really hearing of the brand before. Turns out these are amazing. Along with the ability to change the tone and style for any music type, they are lightweight enough to workout and run with.

Great headphones
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got these as a replacement for my X2's. They are a lot better sounding with longer battery life and definitely stay in your ears better than the x2's. The app is also super nice where you can create custom profiles for different types of music. Would definitely recommend.

Great product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These ear buds have exceeded my expectations. They have a long battery life and Bluetooth to phone perfectly every time. I had a pair of first generation Jaybirds and loved them until they finally bit the dust. I can put over 500 miles on a pair and that is acceptable for me.

Love these buds!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was a serious Bose snob for years. I went through 3 pairs of Bose earbuds. They sounded great but I always had problems with sweat affecting there longevity. Decided to give the jaybirds a try and I'm blown away. They are comfortable and sound great. Now I'm a jaybird snob.

Fantastic Sound and Comfortable Fit
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did a lot of research prior to buying these headphones. Beatsx are one of the most highly rated earphones on rtings.com. I originally set out to buy a set of AirPods (which I did), but then I saw Jaybird X3s on sale for $80. Why not? I bought a pair. The latency (lag between video and audio) was pretty bad. Even though they sounded incredible, I took them back. While I mostly listen to music with my headphones, I also watch a fair amount of video. Beatsx happen to also be on sale, so I made an exchange. The Beatsx had amazing sound and fit even better than the Jaybird X3. But, I was still curious. So, I bought AirPods. The AirPods were great for what they are: completely wireless headphones. It was nice not having any wires, and I felt completely free to move around. The sound was also reasonable considering they're just wireless EarPods. Unfortunately, the slippery white case slipped out of my pocket unnoticed at least twice while I was at my house. This freaked me out and made me think I might lose them pretty easily. That, on top of the fact that they cost $60 more than the Beatsx (at the time) prompted me to take them back. The only thing I don't like about the Beatsx is the cable. There's a pretty significant amount of cable noise if you're not careful about how you twist the cable when putting them on. The length took a while to get used to too. The length is also a positive though as you can take them off and let them hang around your neck all day. With the AirPods, if you take one out, you either hold it in your hand or put it back in the case. This is often really inconvenient. If you're using an iPhone, these are even better because you can take advantage of the W1 chip. This offers easy pairing, better sound quality, and better connection. I have not had the signal drop once, except when my phone was charging in my house and I moved the car into the driveway, but it just cut out a little and came back when I was in range. I did actually experience some stuttering the other day when I had another pair of bluetooth headphones connected at the same time, but I think that was due to my phone being a little confused. I forgot to mention battery life and the microphone. People I talk to on the phone say the microphone quality is great, and I have no complaints either. The battery life is as advertised, and maybe more. With intermittent use, these last me from the morning until the evening with battery to spare. They never shut off on their own unless they're disconnected, but they do have great standby time. Positives for the Beatsx: -sound isolation -sound quality -magnetized for hanging around your neck -cable length -W1 chip (easy pairing, better sound, and connection) -microphone quality -in-line remote -battery life Negatives: -microphonics (cable noise) -cord length

JayBird X3
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.LOVE these headphones!!! I use them for running, and with the strap holders and different ear pieces, they fit perfectly. I get about 6 - 1 to 1:30 hour uses out of them before a charge. Love the app that comes with it and the verbal notifications from the earbuds themselves.

Excellent headphones and highly recommend
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was bit skeptical about this headphones since I do not like in-ear headphones. They simply don't fit right and constantly falls down. But, with the variety of in-ear options, they work amazingly in my ear during work out and they sound very good. Highly recommend the product
