These have great sound and an app that lets you set the bass and treble. I personally just had a hard time getting them to fit right but probably my ears.

I got these after reading many reviews and having the original Blue Buds X. These sound even better and they fit great even while running. I had an issues with the OG blue buds staying in and had to buy foam in ear tips. But these are great out of the box.

I've been using these for a few weeks now and can say that they're the best earbuds I have ever used. I had some cheap buds from amazon that worked ok but couldn't keep a charge so I splurged on these and I'm glad I did. Great sound and fit. No complaints here!

Best headphones ever! Love the feel of them. Love the ear fins they offer for added hold in your ear. Best part is the My Sound companion app though. Being able to set my own EQ's for sound is huge for me. These little guys sound great as well as look great!

I go to the gym 3 times a week and I always have my Jaybird X3. I love the fact I don't have to take off my X3 to shower at the gym. Had them for over a year and no problems. Great sound and the fit is great for physical activities in the gym.

This is my first pair of wireless earbuds. The Jaybird earbuds are well made. The sound quality is good but I feel like the bass could be a little better. Once I downloaded the Jaybird app I was able to adjust the bass and treble settings which improved the bass some but not quite as much as I like. It took me a while to figure out how to fit these in my ear properly. The earbuds come with quite a few different sized ear pieces so I tried them all to get the best fit. Overall I like the Jaybird earbuds and I really like going wireless and being unattached to my phone.

These are by far the best and coolest headphones I have ever bought. There is no tug and pull during workouts and they stay in my ears without any pain or discomfort. They also sound great. It's really cool that you can use an app to personalize the sound.

Here is a copy of what I wrote to Jaybird support in regards to these headphones. I purchased your product from Bestbuy 2 weeks ago. I was only able to use it for one day as it would not charge at all after initial use. I went to bestbuy and returned the defective unit and got an exchange as I really did enjoy the earphones when I went to work out and chalked it up to bad luck. I have now had the replacement unit for 2 weeks and they were working perfectly up until today. While I was working out they just cut off even though it said it was at 40% charge. I tried to press all buttons and even reset it and they would not turn on. I tired to charge them and the light flickered from red to white to red then nothing at all. I have tried several chargers and the earphones will not turn on or charge. I am very disappointed, I did a lot of research before getting these earphones and spent a good amount of money because I really believed they were worth it but now I honestly believe they are junk. I am going to return these earphones to bestbuy tomorrow and get my money back as well as write reviews on their website and amazon to warn people about this issue as I have now found several post on even your website about this known issue. I just wanted to take the time to write support so that hopefully someone would read this and address this issue. You have lost a customer and what sucks is that I really really liked the earphones when they did work although that does me no good now because I'm out of earphones and it's back to square one... The sound, battery length are both great. But I’ve found it hard to find the right insert so that the headphones stay in my ear when running.

Sound quality is as expected for inner ear headphones. Bose sound is a step up from the ret. The comfort is exceptional and I never feel like they'll fall out.

In my opinion, these are the BEST Bluetooth headphones on the market. These are the standard that everything else should be compared to. All of these earbuds are great but the X3 is simply the best!!!!! The key to getting great sound is the FIT. Once you get this the X3 is perfect. If you don't like the sound, there is no excuse, just go on the app and change it!

Initially it was difficult to adjust but it suited well to me. Great sound.

I bought these after searching the internet and love them. Great for working out. Sounds great and fit good so they won’t fall out while being active.

I originally bought a pair of these for my wife, and she loved them, so I bought a pair for myself. I use these while I'm working out and running. They are very comfortable and stay in place well even when I sweating. The sound quality is very good.

Hands down the best earbuds I have ever had. I've used beats and the first bluebirds X. The app that goes with it is awesome and u can make your music sound To your personal liking. The quality is great and wouldn't hesitate recommending others to buy them

Simple and easy to use. My only complaint is the charger which can be a pain. Sound quality is very good.

I've had these more than 6 months and am very happy with sound tailoring and quality of the product. Sound is crisp and clean, and bass is deep for earbuds. My previous JBL corded bids had comparable bass. The electronic EQ app makes these AWESOME!!

I use these for running and they do not slip out of my ear when doing so.

In my opinion these are the best headphones out there. Especially because of the jaybird companion app that allows you to change equalizers and make your own custom EQs. They sound great too. Perfect level of bass and mids and highs.
