Does everything it needs to do. No trouble connecting to my phone. Sounds good and is pretty comfortable.

These are great wireless headphones and the Jaybird app is excellent however my only issue is that the ear pods don’t stay securely in the ear after trying many variations. You can get great quality sound if the pods stay planted.

So far it has been an improvement over the very good X3. The app works better with the X4 and it has at least 1 or 2 hours more of the battery than the X3 (which usually last at least 1 day of heavy use). Sometimes I got 2 days of full use (4 to 5 hours of music, video or talk each day). My only complaint still the charger adapter who is not a mini-USB, so you have to take care a lot, losing one is hard to get a replacement (I mean is not cheap and takes a time to get one).

They are amazing! Love everything about them! They sit well in my ear and the sound quality is excellent.

This was purchased as a gift. Wife is very happy with them, says they sound great, and can last most of the day.

The only thing I didnt like was the microphone picks up every noise around you other than you but I have found this is an issue with all bluetooth headphones like this. Would recommend for people working out, being active.

Sound is good, I like the equalizer in the app. Biggest issue is with the wire. For normal use it wouldn't be a problem but when exercising, it can pull at the earbud. Not enough to pull it out but, you will notice it.

I was pleasantly surprised by the sound of these Jaybird headphones. The jaybird app allows you to completely customize your listening experience and has countless preset EQ settings or will let you make a custom profile.

Buds are securely fitted into ear. Other buds I have used always slipped out. Snug fit and great sound.

These were an upgrade for me from the Jaybird X3. Great sound of course and very durable as always.

Purchased these based on all the great reviews. The sound was really good; however, they did not stay in my ears while running no matter how hard I tried to get them to fit. Didn't work for me.

Switched from the powerbeats 3, and i love the sound quality of these headphones. The ability to fine tune the EQ is amazing. However, the battery life is not as stated and the proprietary charging design is frustrating.
