Love these headphones. Got it for myself for my birthday. Looking to get a different pair since emu dog chewed one side. You can control the the base and other settings in the app. I usually just select a preset though.

The headphones sound ok from start but once you download the Jay bird app the headphones can be whatever you want.

Huge fan of the Jaybird X4. I had the X3 prior to this one and used it extensively at the gym for workouts. The app works well for tuning the audio settings and call clarity is excellent. The only complaint I have for these is that I am now on my third pair. I tend to sweat a lot and have apparently drowned the only 2 pairs I've had fairly quickly. Be sure to get the extended warranty and you'll be happy you did.

I workout with them and they withstand the movement and sweat. I wish they fit better in my ear but otherwise I am happy with them.

I bought these for my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day and she was so happy and loves the quality and loves working out with them

This is an excellent upgrade from my old Jaybird X2. The X4 has excellent battery life - I only have to charge it once every ~10 running sessions (5k run). The Bluetooth connection is strong - there was no drop audio like the X2. The cable management is also much easier to adjust.

the design to hold the cord tight is bad. I suggest going back to the X3's if you run alot. Other than that they are good to go

I stilll need to tweak the size for my ears but great sound and I love the app that comes with it!

Jaybirds have met my standards not once but twice now with my recent purchase of the X4s. I originally found my Jaybird X3s because a few different reputed brands fizzled out very quickly with my demands on workouts and running adventures. These are no doubt a Great Product!

I would never pay full price for these but if you catch them on sale it’s worth it. Paid around $110. Great fit.

works great, charges fast and battery last for a long time. I also love how it knows which device to connect to automatically. It can sense which one of my devices I'm currently using and connects to it so I don't have to manually switch back and forth

Sound was good when it was not cutting out when turning head. Chose to return and try something different.

Quality headphones. Fits perfectly into place and I like how you can adjust the band without taking it off.

I love the fit of the earbuds. It needs a clip so they don't fall off your neck when you are not using them.

These are super good. Apple headphones will not stay in my ears, these definitely do. The battery life is good, but can fail over time. If you let Jaybird know they’ll fix it. Totally recommend these.

The sound is very good. Product quality is good except for the ear pieces that come off. Get lost too easily

Amazing sound quality. And the pic pics up everything. I purchased for virtual meeting while working at home and they are wonderful. They not only have a great sound quality but they block out sound as well.

Pretty decent earbuds for active person. Grip is pretty good during workouts and battery life is good as well. Does not work the best for phone calls and meetings if you want to use if as a replacement of headsets.

The sound quality and craftsmanship is really good. the ewww also allows it to be customized personally!
