Sound quality is great and they worked great for the first 6 months i had them. The power light would not shut off even when i powered down (yes i tried holding the button for 10 seconds) and i saw a decrease in the battery life. Afterwards i read this was a common problem with these headphones. Might be a gamble to purchase but when they work it’s great!

Would have liked to see more upgrades from the X3 but product is excellent and stays in ears while running.

Decent sound, even with the ability to customize. I guess I have weird ears because none of the different sized ear accompaniments felt comfortable to run in, but that’s me. The flat wire also annoyed me when adjusting while running, although it’s edgy and different, I prefer round cables. Good decent sound, but for the price... I may try something else.

These were my favorite, They have customizable in app equalizer. and when I added Comply foam tips the isolated sound was great! I just wish the wires that connect to the controls would have lasted.

I love these headphones. I believe the trick to these are the additional nibs. I use the soft ones which work great! I'm not a fan of the silicone ones.

Went from Bose to these and like them as well or better. The sound quality is adjustable which is a great feature. I’m having trouble getting ear bud size adjusted, but have had this problem with other headsets too. Easy to charge!

Its exactly what you would expect from this high quality brand. This replaced my wife's X2's that she uses 4 times a week for some long distance runs. They put up with some way above average wear and tear as well.

Comfortable. Like the feel of the strap instead of just the in ear bud.

This is my third pair of Jaybird Bluetooth wireless headphones. Originally had the X2 then the Freedoms. My favorite thing about the Freedoms and now the X4 is the Jaybird app where you can fine tune the sound to your liking.

Connecting these to my phone was easy. Jaybird App easy to download. Good battery life.

I love this Product! I've had Jaybirds headphones since the original X. I use this for my every day training from the gym, outdoor activities and the fact that it's water resistance its perfect for people who sweats a lot.

Works just great and detects blutooth easily. It even has a app for further customization and battery information. I would recommend this to anyone that has a android or doesn't like the Apple Airpod style. Only caveat is the way how the earphone is shaped and may not fit perfectly with everybody's ear, otherwise it's really snug. Also as it has a wire, there is still a chance of discomfort with the wire being able to be snagged. As such, you also can't really listen with just one earphone, you HAVE to have both earphones on because its really uncomfortable to leave the other loose and have either gravity or friction from your shoulder be a problem. If you hate cables back then, this may not be for you. But it's really well built and sounds great, not really much more you can ask for.

You cannot beat the quality and sound of Jaybird! I've gone through probably 20 headphones in 10 years and I'm extremely picky. I want something that is durable, has great sound, and stays put while in the gym and running outside. Once you find the perfect ear attachment fit for yourself and loop the wire around your eat these things stay on during box jumps, kettelbell swings, and trail running! I have tried JLab which stayed put but lacked good sound quality. And Beats were the absolute WORST! Terrible sound and they fell apart after less than 6 months of use! This is my second pair of Jaybirds, not because the previous ones broke, but because I wanted to have an extra pair for my other gym bag! Don't think twice, get these headphones!!

Great sound quality but is a little big for people with smaller ears. You can't beat the quality at the current price of around $70. It's a shame they're getting discontinued though.

Impressive sound quality. doesn't maintain the charge as advertised. 3-4 hrs usually.

Great ear buds for the price. Much better battery life than the previous model.
