A big disappointment!

It will intermittently power down after it is fully charge. Listening to books or music is great, but crappy with phone call. People can't hear me and l have difficulty hearing them as well. The $30-40 bluetooth devices that l used previously performed much better but usually quit around 8-12 months. Maybe l just got a lemon but very disappointing. I did call customer service, it powered back up by the they responded and has continue to shut down intermittently

Here is a list of troubleshooting steps that will help resolve the issue:
-Try to keep the mic or inline remote as close to your mouth as possible and avoid swaying or rubbing it on your clothing
-If you’re doing something active and receive a call, try taking a break and be stationary
-Move away from large crowds or busy areas
If they continue to turn off, please do a Factory Reset as listed below:
1. Put your buds in pairing mode. Turn the buds off, then press and hold the Power Button for more than 4 sec until you see alternating red/green LED.
2. While the LED is flashing red / green double press the Power Button.
3. The LED will turn orange and your buds will turn off.
