Good sound, great connectivity, bad ear fittings doesn’t come with variety of ear pieces to choose from

Great value and does the job as described. My only problem is the battery life is low and drains fast.

Bought this for my son so for gym use. He loves it much more than his over the ear headphones.

These are a replacement from last years model. The old set lasted 7 months before frying out. Definitely purchase the protection plan.

This is my 4th pair of Jaybird’s upgrading from the x3. Good sound and decent battery, to me not much has changed from my last pair.

Pros - The range is about 10-15ft before the sounds begins to breakup. More than enough if you have your music source close to or attached to you. I use them for when I take my walks. I downloaded the free Spotify app on my Samsung Galaxy s8 smartphone and the sound was excellent. They also allow me to listen to my audible books, Pandora and other playlists as well. It comes with a variety of earpieces and fins to fit just about any ear. The fins can fit either in the ear or over it depends upon your comfort. Since I wear glasses, I have them in my ear and use the smallest, size 1, comfy ear tips. They don’t completely block out traffic sounds so that I can hear cars around me. The Silicone (black) ear pieces are excellent if you want to block out just about all sounds and are great for listening to music outside while relaxing in the backyard. The buttons are easy to find on the control piece. They paired very quickly with all my Bluetooth devices including my iPad Air 2. They even stay paired with my phone when I turn on the headphones. Others I have to keep re-pairing with each device. They battery lasts for quite a while. I charged them up and they lasted for almost 2 days after listening for 4 hours each day. When turned on, you hear a series of beeps and a voice tells you they are connected, paired and the how much battery life is left. Cons – the neck cord is on the short side and it’s difficult to reach the controls when I have them behind my head and sometimes one or the other ear piece comes out when I turn my head. It could be a couple inches longer for better comfort and easy reach of the controls. Also, I can’t see the LED light on the controls as it’s behind my head. The case could also be a little larger. It just barely fits the headphones, charger and extra ear pieces and fins. When turned off there is an audible series of beeps. Unfortunately, there is no verbal notification of the headphones being off like many other Bluetooth headphones. I give it 5 stars for ease of use, but because of the cons, I can only give it 4 stars overall. All in all, they are light, comfortable and easy to use.

I am very happy with the sound and comfort of these earbuds. The only problem I can think of is the location of the microphone.

These fit great! Super comfortable! Sound is what you’d expect from this price point.

My X3s had to be returned on warranty and I decided to pay extra to upgrade to the X4. I’m pleasantly surprised by the nice updates and improved quality. I always suggest these to other gym goers as I’ve never had an issue with them falling out during any type of workout

Only difficulty to date is having new calls go to Bluetooth instead of regular audio when I thought it was turned off.

Sound quality is ok. Microphone is terrible. No matter where I put it, people still complain they can’t hear me.

Great headphones but not so good for folks with small ears.

I’ve been an avid fan of the Jaybird brand and these are perfect for people using these mostly for working out.

A good upgrade from the Jaybird X3. I really enjoy the app and the tons of eq presets available.

Had the X3 until I washed them and they would not hold a charge. Wife bought me the X4 and so far I like them as much as I did my X3's. I so not see or hear a difference between the two so in my opinion if you can find a cheaper pair of X3 then save the money.

It was very good for the first 9 months but after that the right earbud died and didn’t make any sound

These earbuds sound great, but even the smallest ear piece hurt my ear.

Great item would recommend to anyone that wants it.

These were not bad except for I kept getting the wires tangled up when I went to move
