The earbuds sounds great but the wires catch against skin and pop out.

I bought these for when I’m driving. The sound is okay. Just not good for people to hear what you are saying.

Overall Good for price. Only trouble i had is if i am running it kept me worried about falling off.

When they work, I love these headphones. Great for exercise, and have used for studying, listening to music, lectures, etc. First pair the right headphone stopped working after a few months, and the manufacturer replaced them. After another 8 months or so, that pair broke in the same manner.

First pair of wireless, but wire connected , Bluetooth earbuds. Self custom-fit adjustable ear-pieces.

Good sound though reception somewhat spotty..fitment kinda awkward

I once had a pair of Jaybird X3s which were really good and impressive until I lost them. Sad, I bought a pair of Jaybird X4s which also delivered the same quality. After a couple of months however, the left earbud audio began to cut out, and eventually, the left bud was completely dead. Luckily, I was under warranty and Jaybird shipped me a new pair of X4s around mid to late March 2020. On August 9, 2020 my left earbud in the replacement pair completely died with no warning, unlike my first, original pair where there was an indication of failure. During quarantine, I haven't once worked out with the replacement pair, which I thought may have caused the failing of the first pair. Confused and disappointed :(

DON'T stay in ears good but it does block out all THE outside noise

Only complaint is not load enough. But I'm old and well maybe me and not them. Buy them you'll likem

Love these! Just wish they had more sound barrier, but good for the price.

Good for short period used. Unsure if wiring was the issue.

I’ve been buying jaybird headphones for about 10 years now and this was my 4th pair. They were honestly the worst pair I ever owned. The sound was good at first but then quickly became whatever. They never hooked properly inside my ears and they fell out all the time. I had to super glue the buds on because they always slipped off and get lost. The charger port was designed horribly and it would never stay connected to the charger and was difficult to get on. Also, the placing of the power and volume buttons was not convenient and would get in the way all the time! When I put my hands near my head, or had my head on the bench the buttons would get pressed and my music would get interrupted or Siri would turn on. JayBird dropped the ball on this one and I just went for another brand this time! Not gonna risk it!

Not to bad it’s an ok product could be cheaper !!!

Sounds great but the wire sticks to your neck too much.

I wanted to love the Jaybird X4 but I decided not to keep the headset because I thought the headset lacked a lot of bass. I fiddled with my phone's EQ, downloaded the Jaybird app to try add more bass but to no success. Other than that, the earbuds fit my ears well and I didn't get tired of wearing them in the short time I had them.

I’ve purchased these to replace another set of X4s that I had got a number of years. I loved them. This set lasted two months before the audio in the right ear bud started to fail. Luckily, Jaybird has great customer service but, it’s disappointing to get a faulty product.

Couldn't get these to stay in m ears. Sound was goog.

The are exactly what I was looking for. Very well worth the money. Work great.
