    Quit working already

    Even though I fully charge it, it won’t turn on anymore. They’ve been having trouble holding a charge for over a month now. I’ve had these headphones for less than a year, so this is a little ridiculous considering the price. Save your money and buy something else

    Battery life is less than 4 hours I will be returning these I had X3 and battery life was amazing I thought these would be an upgrade but I was sooooo very wrong....so dissapointed

    Stopped holding a charge

    Was great at first, but after two months, it no longer can hold a charge. I charge it fully and make sure it's off, and 12 hours later, it's dead. The company is impossible to deal with. I used to love jaybird, but recently they are pathetic. I would never buy from them at this point.

      - To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.
      - Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.

    I must first say that I love how snug buds fit in your ears. I was not very fond of controls on the remote. They plain and a bit much while you're in a workout. But I did really like the eq presets available in app community and playlist sharing, And the over the ear options also were a good addition, The cord itself could have been a bit longer for better comfort. I would have liked another inch or two. All in all nice sound when tuned to your preferences and good noise canceling. And didn't have a problem handling the sweat from my run.

    In the beginning, I really like the product. However, the power button starts to have problems after 2 months. One side of the earbud stops working after half of a year. Lasted for about 13 months.

    My friends seriously, these are quality all the way around! Fit & comfort….big for my sensitive ears. There are as always, the bag of extra wings & ear tips but Jaybird added comply foam tips and man these things are awesome they work for me! Sound quality is off the charts!!! AND they made an app that actually works! You can actually hear the changes in the highs & lows in the music on custom or pick a preset.....but it works. The charge time really depends on calls, standby & music or vids, with that said it's close to 8hrs but remember a 10min charge last an hour. The IPX7 rating is swimming proof but I would not recommend doing so. Voice commands and calls are very clear, I called my wife so I could hear what voice was like and it was crystal clear at least for me and my experience. Overall these are a great buy for the price.

    Only have a few months, battery life is already down to an hour or less. Half the time I try to use it, it's already dead. At this price point it should be better

    First pair lasted three months, replaced it and the second pair didnt even last a month. Didnt use it for anything except for running a couple times a week. Would not recommend.

    The noise the noise canceling is terrible. Probably the worst I have ever used to talk on phone with. It’s a pain with the iOS system... I prefer the beats x over this model

    Light headphones perfect for an active lifestyle

    I used these headphones primarily while working out at the gym or while doing physical activities at home in the yard. Being cordless and utilizing the Bluetooth was a relief. I could be a bit more free in my movements and be able to run around during my workouts more aggressively. These are nice light headphones and they hold a charge pretty well. My only negative for these is the comfort and fit. After wearing them for more than 30 minutes I had sore uncomfortable ears from the firm silicone. I have older Bose mie2 headphones and they have a soft silicone that stays in place and I can wear them for hours. Unfortunately this fit isn’t comfortable for long periods of time. I like the way they feel on my ears and stay in place though. I’m still trying to figure out whether I like the free part of the wiring to hang in the front of my neck or back. When hanging on the back of my neck I feel like it gets stuck or drags against my sweaty neck and then tugs at pulling out of my ear. Overall I like these and they’re a good buy. I do wish they had softer fitted ear pieces to hook into my ear and stay for hours on end. I like them and they look appealing to the eye as well. The connectivity via Bluetooth with my iPhone 6 Plus seems to be really good as well.

    I ended up taking these back without getting any real use out of them. They didn't fit comfortably at all (and I've had no issues with Bose and Powerbeats).

    Headphones fall when I run. They don’t seen to fit my ear well enough. Overall they just didn’t work for me.

      Please follow the recommendations below to resolve the issue with your headset:

      -Move your earbuds and your Bluetooth audio device closer as you may be experiencing Bluetooth interference. While the range of most Bluetooth devices is 10 meters (33 feet), the optimal range for any Bluetooth stereo device is about 60 centimeters (2 feet) from the audio source.
      -Your earbuds Bluetooth antenna is located in the inline remote. Try moving your audio device closer to the side where the inline remote is located. For example, you can try moving your audio device to your right pocket instead of your left.
      -Reset your Bluetooth connection by turning your device's Bluetooth off for one minute and then back on.
      -Turn your audio device off and then back on.
      -Complete a reset of your earbuds.

    After one use the in line fast forward stopped working. The sound quality is “tin” like no matter what I try with the equalizer.

      Please check the buds and make sure they're clean and free of debris.

      Follow the steps here to reset your buds:

      1. Put your buds in pairing mode. Turn the buds off, then press and hold the Power Button for more than 4 sec until you see alternating red/green LED.
      2. While the LED is flashing red / green double press the Power Button.
      3. The LED will turn orange and your buds will turn off.

      Kindly try a Factory Reset. Here are the steps:

      1. Turn headphones off
      2. Put in Pairing mode (hold middle button for 6-8 seconds until it says, ""Searching for your Music Device"")
      Headset will flash red and green
      3. Do Reset (double tap the power button)
      Headset will flash Orange 3 times
      4. Delete Bluetooth profile from phone
      5. Put headphones back into pairing mode and connect them to your device.
