    It was working fine for 15months, then it started giving problems. Now 2yrs later the sound bar that came with it has stopped working, & ofc the whole package stopped working

    This subwoofer came with the JBL sound bar i purchased. Didn't really have much bass. I sent it back and purchased a different set.

    Second part of JBL soundbar package. Wireless is nice but bass is less than I thought for having a 10" sub.

    Take it from me I got this thing free with my jbl link bar and it turns on and all but decides not to connect at all not even worth sending out lol. Ends up giving me an orange light. I’ve been reading everywhere even the manuals it should only be a white light so my unit is trashed

      If the Link Bar loses connection with SW 10, here are the steps on pairing it.
      1. Turn on the soundbar and the subwoofer. If the connection is lost, the LED indicator on the subwoofer blinks slowly.
      2. Press the “Subwoofer Pairing” button on the SW10 subwoofer to enter pairing mode. The LED indicator on the subwoofer blinks quickly.
      3. Press the “Subwoofer Pairing” button on LINK BAR, the LED indicator on the LINK BAR blinks rapidly
      4. If successful, the pairing LED indicator on both subwoofer and LINK BAR will be a steady white LED light. If pairing fails, the sign on the subwoofer blinks slowly.
      5. If the pairing fails, repeat the steps above. If you are still experiencing problems, please try to switch off all wireless devices in the home (such as routers, TV sets with wireless function, telephones, computers, etc.), then try again. It may be overcrowding on the 5GHz frequency, which often causes problems. By eliminating all other wireless activity, this will help space for the LINK BAR to establish its connection. You now should be able to pair without problems. Once pairing is complete, you can switch your devices on again JBL

    Don't buy if you don't have the speaker that goes

    This can only be used with a specific speaker that I have yet to find for a reasonable price. Currently the speaker alone is the same price as the set which best buy didn't inform me of so I'm stuck with a useless speaker

    I managed to get it to connect once--once in over 20 tries. Then, it dropped the connection when I turned off the sound bar. I've tried every Youtube video I could find with different ways to get this to work DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!

    JBL soundbar was impossible to connect , so had to return bar and subwoofer. Far too complicated to hook up to my LG WebOs smart tv. Even a technician could not make it work properly.

    It never worked. It does not connect to any devices, TV or others. I need to return it but it’s so heavy I haven’t gone.

    Dont know what to do jbl technical is closed no email back yet cant get it to work/link with my jbl sounbar is it a problem with the soundbar or the subwoofer? may have to send it back

    Shame on JBL for making it only pair with other JBL garbage. STAY AWAY FROM JBL FOR THIS REASON. Here’s hoping karma pats JBL a visit. Klipsch is far superior

    The JBLSW10 subwoofer works only with the JBLLINKBARGRYAM Soundbar and is an excellent addition when bundled together. Massive sound for sure in any room setting.
