Please try to power cycle the soundbar by unplugging it for 30 seconds, then plugging it back into a power source. To isolate if it's a power-related issue, try plugging the power cord of the soundbar into a different outlet. Check if there's any damage on the power cord, or try switching the power cord of the soundbar and the subwoofer to see if the issue continues. If you need more help, please contact our customer support for further assistance via our official website or toll-free hotline.
