Not top of the line, but it also is a decent upgrade from built-in tv speakers.

A headache to setup, pleasure to listen to

Bluetooth is straight forward. The HDMI pass through is where your nightmare is. It comes with a special HDMI cable, that it doesn't tell you is special. Your TV has to have a special feature in order to be able to control it. Once you get it setup, took me an hour, it works alright but - this was a gift - next time I went to visit, it doesn't play again. Plays Bluetooth and not HDMI or TV. This shouldn't be so flippin' difficult. It's a speaker set. The sound is supreme. Definitely the best sound at this price point. The remote is simple and easy to understand It looks really nice

JBL 2.1 sound bar

No noticeable distortion at any level. Not many customizable settings outside of low, mid, high bass, but JBL preset settings are fantastic. I don’t normally play my audio more than 50%, but for certain movies, I’m finding that I’m going 75% to achieve audio that I find satisfactory. For the price, a great sound bar over any stock TV

Great Apartment Soundbar!

I live in an apartment and this soundbar is perfect for the space that I have! I tried to put it at full blast for one second and it definitely caught me by surprise how loud it got!! Highly recommend, it is a great soundbar for a great price!

Plug and Play!

I should preface this review by saying that I have been a huge fan of JBL products for a long time. That being said, this system is great! It is so easy to use; you literally just plug it in and start using it and it really fills the room! We live in a small apartment so I thought the JBL - 9.1 was too much power but this system is just right! 10/10 would recommend or buy again.
