The sound bar is a 3 the TV speakers sound better half the time but the subwoofer is a 5 it is great. My comcast remote works ok with the sound bar but you have to be rite in front of the Tv to turn the volume up or down. Hey but for the price its a good deal you have to turn the volume very high to hear it and the subwoofer then sounds like you are in a club it has powerful bass.

Great sound at an afforable price. We use it for a bedroom tv and it give quality sound without having to blast the tv to hear it

Having used JBL Studio monitors and being pleased with the sound quality from them I purchased this sound bar system expecting crisp clean sound. I was not disappointed. Excellent for music, movies and TV.

Plenty loud and bass is very clear. Highs are crisp but mids are a little bit lacking due to the size of the drivers in it. If you are used to high end 3-way speakers you will notice at first, but compared to built in tv speakers it is a huge improvement. Great for watching movies or tv, dialogue comes across much better than built in speakers. Limited menu options on it, but very easy to hook up (1 hdmi from tv ARC, power cords to sub and soundbar; thats it)

This is hard, good base, clear speakers, good sound quality, good price, you can't ask for more

Gift to our son. This has a clear true sound with a nice balance from treble, mid range, and bass. Voices are clear, music is delightful, and bass from sub woofer has a good boom. We compared this to 7 others while shopping. Son enjoys the newer smart features, says it was a great choice. We recommend this to discerning listeners!

I bought 3 of these 2 went in bedrooms & sounds perfect The other went in medium size living room & is pretty solid for room

I am not one to write reviews, but this product is actually amazing. For a modest size room, the JBL soundbar really fills up the room. I find the sound to be rich and the bass is booming. It automatically detects digital vs PCM. The wireless subwoofer can be placed anywhere in the room. This will disappear against any dark boarder TV. Use the HDMI-Arc connection for a universal remote experience. 5 stars for sure.

I had problem with my JBL for all most 4months/Travis talked to me about the problem/He sat-up a plan to fix the problems/ we agree on secondary plan if the Fix, was not successful/ we had go to plan (B) which was to change out the for a up graded system/Service GS came and the new system in doing so they found the problem with the first system. Working together and listening to each other we found common and work it out.
