Volume is too extreme during loud and quiet parts. Shortly after purchasing, the subwoofer just stopped working and we had to return it. Not characteristic of JBL; we have a Bluetooth speaker made by them and it's fantastic, so not sure what happened here.

JBL SURROUND SOUND SYSTEM

A simply talk through would cost us $100 or more dollars! Very dissatisfied with Best Buy.

Its ok for price

I just don’t like how I turn up the volume in the sound bar and the TV volume goes up as well. I don’t like it together. My apartment complex is very quiet and with both of them together, it’s difficult to find the perfect spot where I can hear it and still enjoy my music without disturbing my neighbors

Perfect bass but soundbar quality is not good.

Soundbar lacks any midrange sound, so all you have is bass from the sub and high pitched treble sound from the soundbar, nothing in between.
