Sound quality could be better. But for the price, it’s not bad. I just don’t like how I turn up the volume in the sound bar and the TV volume goes up as well. I don’t like it together. My apartment complex is very quiet and with both of them together, it’s difficult to find the perfect spot where I can hear it and still enjoy my music without disturbing my neighbors

Good sound for a lower priced sound bar. I happen to like the seperate woofer

The system itself is great, however we couldn’t get any help from Best Buy with setting it up unless we bought their Gerk Squad ! A simply talk through would cost us $100 or more dollars! Very dissatisfied with Best Buy.

Perfect subwoofer, great bass. Soundbar lacks any midrange sound, so all you have is bass from the sub and high pitched treble sound from the soundbar, nothing in between.

The sound bar was very harsh with no warmth to the sound. The bass module barely produced enough bass to matter. Overall, the sound experience was fatiguing to the ears and a disappointment to everyone that heard it. I ended up trading up to the Sonos Beam which was much better.

The remote can't work after then buy so i like the sound but can't use without remote

I originally purchased another brand but took it back for this JBL and I am glad I did things the best one I have purchased so far.

I have loved JBL products for a min. This is an amazing addition to my tool box at work. I try to jot drown my coworkers out too much. Hahaha. Now to get a setup for the house.

I believed JBL products were durable, but this one stopped working after the warranty expired. I don’t recommend this product if you want something durable and of better quality.
