I'm an avid gamer/sports enthusiast and the sound produced is awesome. I won't even get started about the BASS! (Disclaimer: if you live in an apartment/condo and share a wall with neighbors, this system may get you into trouble). I have yet to turn up the volume to movie theater loudness, but when I do, it's going to be great!!! I highly recommend this purchase.

Low profifle with big sound - 1 yr later

We used the included stand, rather than hanging the TV. I took back t he Samsung and test sounded the JBL as before, still sounded great and fit the profile we were looking for...Already had two rear speakers where I had cut the boxes back to install in the wall behind where we sit. Used a mental cover and painted it the same as the walls.

I tried a Samsung 2,1 and a Samsung 3.1 that had a larger sub. Still disappointed. Read about the JBL Bar 3.1 and went for it. This is the one to get for a room filling experience. Just be sure you have nice neighbors as this will blow away the others!
