Great sound... when it worked.

I had an issue with my soundbar where the sub would randomly cut off, or constantly rumble and sound like thunder when it shouldnt. I sent the unit off to the service center under the JBL warranty and they replaced the main board. The unit worked fine for a couple of days and then went right back to having the same issue. I sent it off again and they needed to replace 3 parts, 1 of which was on backorder. The store was awesome enough to let me swap it out for another unit, so i decided to give the JBL 3.1 another shot... what're the chances this happens with 2 different units? I took the new unit home and had the EXACT same issue within 20 seconds of hooking it up. We decided to head back to the store and invest in a SONOS setup and couldnt be happier!

I needed helpful expertise and I got it from the Dept manager himself. I am very impressed with the unit; it’s awesome! This unit ties all my components together (TV, projector, DVR and cable).

My husband looked it up if others had problems and said it may be connectivity issues. So I'm not sure how to fixed it. But most of the time no issues. Still love it!
