Not sure if it was a fluke or not, but the fist unit I received worked great for about a week, then the subwoofer just stopped syncing to the main unit. Called JBL tech support and after a half an hour of troubleshooting, they determined I needed to return it and get a new one. The new one worked great out of the box, and now we are in a waiting game to see how long this one will last. It's been 2 weeks now... holding steady. Was it a fluke? As for sound quality, amazing. I've listed to a lot of sound bars and this set is killer, especially with the 10" subwoofer... most only offer a 6 or 8 inch.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my brother. The sound is very impressive for a soundbar. I wish you could add speakers to it, but I found it to be great for the cost and the bedroom setup my brother has.

This was hooked up to a second big screen TV in a playroom/office. Greatly improved sound, and now we can watch movies with "full-boom impact".

I had an LG soundbar that just did not sound that great in our new house. I had been reading reviews on this soundbar and purchased it. You will not be disappointed. Great bass and clarity.

Good quality and good sound if you don’t have any. Volume control the tv and is a plus at time to turn it on and off.

We tested all of the capabilities of different sound bars in the store, but the JBL was most cost effective for the price and sound!

I am exteremly happy with JBL 3.1. The bass from this thing is AMAZING!!. Also, I can clearly hear and understand each and every word while watching movie. Worth every dime spent!!

I was going to buy a Polk audio soundbar with satellite speakers ( more expensive) but heard this one playing in store and was hooked onto it. Excellent soundbar for the price

No Alexa, no wifi, but you don't really need those things, just great sound, loud, crystal clear in movies and music, excellent bass; easy to connect and easy to use.

This soundbar system has excelent quality and superior involvement sound. This is a great addition to your HDTV. I am very happy with the soundbar performance.

If your looking for a soundbar sub combo look no further this is the 1. The sound is amazing and the sub well is very powerful shakes windows and walls.

It seems to have great sound for the most part and was easy to install. But it often breaks up the sound as if it has a bad Connection. It gets annoying.

I love this, I purchased this with my 65inch 4k Samsung Tv & it sounds great. It's pretty loud. I love using it for movies, black ink crew & more fun shxt to watch. Thank you:]

I've been shopping around for a long time and this was the sound quality I was looking for and ended up with more than I can handle and I love it, My wife is not too crazy about it.

Rich, full sound across the spectrum. Caught this on a 3-day sale, and checking them in person showed this was the winner for me at the price. Easily.
