Good highs, bass. Where’s the midrange?

It also had an attractive sale price. After getting it home, I realized the midrange sound production was weak. Sound was ok, but not what I wanted for my primary movie area. I ended up returning this, and purchasing a powered sub for my existing stereo receiver.
