I'm not sure what the issue is but I did purchase the extended warranty and will be taking it back for replacement.

Then the subwoofer stopped connecting to the sound bar. I had to go through JBL's AWFUL customer support to try to get it working again. It worked for one day then started bugging again. Hoping I can exchange this or get refunded through Best Buy. Such a shame.
