We are disappointed with the sound but stuck with it since it pass the return date.

Worked great for the first week but now I’m noticing the that the subwoofer seems to be going in and out and isn’t always working. Pleased with the soundbar itself. Very disappointed with the sub from JBL.

This one has a much larger subwoofer which can be difficult to find placement for. The base can be overwhelming unless you have a large room. Even on low it shook the couch.It was a bit overpowering for my needs so I returned it.
