This soundbar is a awful.

Disney+ did not work at all even after cycling the inputs. Would not recommend this product.

It's OK

Would not recommend unless very patient

Most annoying thing ever but the soundbar and sub sound great any other time. Also not sure it this is a problem with the shield tv but volume control does not work until a restart sometimes. Cannot find any details online about the latter problem though.

Now I can not get it to pair with Bluetooth, everything is plugged in and connected correctly with my tv yet i cannot get sound from it. Honestly this has been the biggest headache and I wish I could still return it.

Soundbar iffy

I not that happy with the soundbar.

Subwoofer started to act up

While playing music it will stop than start again. If the song has to much bass subwoofer wont work good. With the 15 day return policy am sweared with a failed system.

EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED

Can’t get it to light up or connect to power. The sound bar sounds horrible now. Absolutely disappointed... especially after only 3 months.

The speaker went out the 1st week

We took it back to the store and exchanged for a new one and the same thing happened. I would not recommend this product until the bugs are work out.

Bad design Bad support Stay away

JBL 3.1 sound bar died 1 year and 1 month after purchase. Did everything suggested to troubleshoot. Nothing works. Took 3 calls to JBL to get someone to talk with (2 weeks worth of work) Was told that the product is a month and a half out of warranty. Good electronic products do not just stop working 1 year after use. This is a defective design that the company is not standing behind. Do not buy this product, JBL product designs should be in question based on this disastrous event. I have never written a review before but a bad design and bad company response needs to be known.
