    Super Easy To Set Up!

    The system was basically plug & play. No pairing the subwoofer, plugged everything in & worked immediately. Sound quality is 100%. I also paired my phone with BT instantly connected! Love my purchase!!!!!!!

    This was the best choice I ever made!!! I bounced around with several sound bars / subwoofers. If you want pure, intense bass, with a quality sound bar, this is a GAME CHANGER! Now if my wife would only let me turn it up.

    I am really unsatisfied with my new 3.1 sound bar. Just because of the poor voice and loudness coming from the bar it self. The woofer is great but voice and loud wise is not really on the level I expected. I’m mad now knowing there’s a new one out 5.1 that’s louder, I gotta check that one out. Also there’s a buzz on the bar anytime I’m watching tv. It’s like a static sound, all my cables are put the right way and tight don’t know why it’s souding like that. JBL if you see this review please reach out to me. I’ve been trying but it’s always something with you guys when I call. thank you.

    Great bar, the bass is great! Very clear dialog for news and such and full theater sound for movies. Got this to go with our new Q60 75", a perfect match!

    Soundbar is goood, remote control is a joke

    It's sad that JBL and others can build great equipment but have the worst controllers. The control for this unit is not only made of very cheap plastic and poor design, but it's range is very limited. With televisions getting larger in size the controller should easily work from 15 feet away. This one barely works from 7 and the buttons tend to stick on the surrounding plate.

    I started out loving the soundbar at first, but unfortunately it wasn't until after the return date that I noticed how flawed it is. To start, this soundbar has terrible mids, there have been times where I would switch to the TV speakers just to hear whats happening or being said. Another problem I was having: Any time I was watching a media that was dialogue driven, and not heavily reliant on action, bgm, or loud sounds, the soundbar would cut off immediately and then turn back on after detecting an audio signal. JBL has come out with an update, which I assume addresses this issue... Unfortunately post update; The soundbar will cut off during during scenes that have various noises going on, or usually after a bass drop in a horror movie. Were I able to know then what I know now, I would not have bought this sound bar. Here's hoping jbl releases an update so that I can at least bump this bar up to 3 stars

    Awful soundbar. Bass is good (HUGE BASS SPEAKER)

    Soundbar is awful. Logitech z906 sound like a dream vs the bar. Bass speaker is good, however, it's huge and doesn't put out as much bass as the Logitech (which is a smaller size). NOT worth $300.

    STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE N650!!

    First let me start by saying I am a truly loyal customer when it comes to Samsung Electronics. I have owned 3 Samsung TV's, a 2.1 channel system among other products. I was soooo excited when I bought the N650. I ran home set it up and got ready to watch a movie. I was floored when I was absolutely disappointed by the system. I wasted hours thinking I had done something wrong. Then I blamed the TV. But in reality, the soundbar sounded worse than my $199 2.1 channel system. I bought the JBL 3.1 system instead and I was blown away!!! Trust me, go to Bestbuy and check for yourself. They have both on display.

    If you enjoy constantly having to restart your tv because the receiver won’t play the show you’re watching this is your sound bar. It literally pauses it and won’t play until the tv-sound bar are restarted. The hdmi arc mode is the problem. Its hard to stress how maddening this sound bar has made me over the 2 months I’ve owned it. I don’t understand why it doesn’t work properly when turned on and in the right source setting. If I could find the receipt I would ship it back.

    Purchased the jbl 3.1 as soon as I got home plugged everything in and 30 minutes later the subwoofer turned off tried to pair it couple times no luck I exchanged it next day something with the subwoofer

    Could not get the subwoofer to pair. Tried for a couple hours. Looked online, did what YouTube had on its videos,called JBL. They said it must be defective. RETURNED!!! DID NOT GET A REPLACEMENT
