Portability is this speaker's main purpose. Sound is decent, not great. High volume fairly loud but some distortion when maxed. Design is nicely done and solid build quality. Has a mic so can pick up phone calls. Clarity of calls is great, but had complaints about my voice sounding metallic from callers. Wish it lasted a bit longer- goes for 3 constant use hours or so with loud music and phone calls. All in all, pretty good value at $50 for a super portable Bluetooth speaker.

I was looking for a small blue tooth speaker for use in teaching a kids exercise classes. Got the red one to "match" my ipod. This little speaker fit the bill. It is small enough to carry in my purse but powerful enough to be heard across a good sized room. Being portable and wireless it will go anywhere. I may get another one down the road if I need a "bigger" speaker but for now this one does just what I need it to do.

I fly stunt kites for fun and I enjoy listening to music at the same time. I have been dealing with ear buds for quite a while, but this speaker may let me get rid of them and the stupid wires. Just clip the speaker to my belt loop and rock on no problems. The sound quality is great and I have had no issues with the battery life.

I bought this speaker because of its size and price. Then, I realized this speaker is better than what I expected. The sound quality is so good compare to its price. The base is not very strong. However, it is a small speaker, so that is not a big surprise. I like the design of this speaker alot. I took 1 star out because of the battery life.

I bought this for my mother and it works great! She has an mp3 player, so having the aux hook up is perfect! The sound quality is really good as well. The clip is great for her too because she is always taking the dogs out for a walk so this way she can jam out while getting on with her daily activities.

Surprised by the sound out of such a little speaker. Have another portable speaker and this is better. Also, smaller and more easily carried, especially in suitcase. Wish it had its own case. There is a light when on which is bright if speaker in total darkness. Solved this problem with a small piece of tape over light (still see light, but not bothersome anymore).

Outstanding little speaker. Great sound at all volumes and I really like the clip for attaching to things. Battery life depends on volume but lasts longer than expected. Connects easy via Bluetooth. Comes with a charger cable that is around 8 inches long.

This little speaker surely sounds a lot bigger than its size. Quite surprising actually. I've read the reviews before I purchased this, and read of the complaints about short battery life. I have not experienced this at all, it lasts about five hours. I also purchased for one for all three of my daughters and they couldn't be happier also.

Great sound quality for a small speaker, uses the same charger as my phone so I don't have to worry about carrying around a bunch of chargers. One cool feature was the ability to daisy chain together with the aux cables, I don't know if there is a limit but I know at least 3 work. Switching from Bluetooth to aux is really easy and vise versa.

Made this purchase while searching for a gift for one who has just about everything. When they received it, they loved it. Not only do they take it just about everywhere with their tablet, they are planning on purchasing the same item for others looking to have a quality mini-speaker that provides the convenience the JBL Clip provides them.

I have already purchased 6 of these speakers for family and friends. Once they heard mine, they were very impressed and that lead to a perfect gift idea. This little speaker is a great value, it sounds awesome and is just the right size for traveling. I highly recommend it, they do go on sale periodically making it even a better buy!

I was in the market for a small portable bluetooth speaker. I came across this one on the Best Buy website. It was on sale at the time so I thought why not order it & try it out. Once I tried it out I was shocked at how clear & loud the sound was for such a small speaker. My only regret was not buying another one at the time.

At first I didn't think this small speaker had the power to be high quality, but I soon found out I was wrong. I hook this onto my jacket when I am walking my dog, and its so much better than I thought it would be. Works great for talking on the phone when you cant use your hands either! Well worth the cost and well worth trying!
