Works well with both. The sound is phenomenal. Full. Clear. I love it. Hooking the unit with my home WI-FI was also a breeze, with the JBL One app. 10/10 experience. Definitely no buyer’s remorse for me.

And you can hear the sound. The sound quality is great. I can hear the sound from my couch as I watch the television.

With that smaller height, comes a little bit of a lack in performance in full range sound. Setup was easy, it can be 100% controlled by your tv's remote, so with the downsizing of the surround sound to this, now I dont even need to use my Harmony remote anymore either. I really would like some more bass out of this soundbar, but seeing the rest of the family doesnt like that, it works out on the whole.

The sound is not well balanced. The bass has 5 levels, but the range of those levels is not great. When the sound is restricted to PCM, it does better. In that way, there’s a use case for this speaker, but don’t get it for the advertised Dolby Atmos. It’s just a disappointment in that respect.

Without woofer look like best soundbar system in the market right now and its dolby atmos technology will take you some another level. Truly worth it.
