This is my first sound bar but i love top end speakers like polk harmon kardon. Now i did go with this one for the additional thump i use it more for music then movie watching and this thing bumps nicely. When i do decide to watch a movie it does great as well the voice feature does work well.. but for the most part i would buy this again its really dope!

JBL 500 soundbar

I am really impressed by the sound quality. I was debating between the polk S4 and the jbl bar 500. The jbl was $200 off and was $100 more than the polk, but so far I a really happy with the JBL. Also played music to it from my phone and it was pretty seamless. Loaded the wrong JBL app initially, needed to load the JBL One app for this soundbar

Worth the buy.

I would add the surround speakers also for a full theater feel.
